They made the purchase, delivery and install very easy. This was our third purchase through the Gym Source and have always been satisfied.

We wouldn't buy our gym equipment from anyone else, David is fantastic to work with! He accurately assessed our needs and made suggestions; we did our research and then purchased the items based on on-line customer and professional reviews. All 3 purchases were wise investments and have helped us to make an important lifestyle change. David is friendly, knowledgeable and follows through on his word. We've also found Gym Source's prices to be excellent! Would very highly recommend :)!

Great customer service

My buying experience was phenomenal. I will never buy any gym related items from anywhere else just because of that. Sales rep was extremely helpful and patient and answered my questions. Made recommendations and he was very knowledgeable! I ended up buying a cable gym and an Arc trainer, both are excellent quality machines.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the delivery experience. The guys who delivered and setup up the equipment were obviously tired, they scratched the walls and one of them was rude at times. After they left, I went to our driveway to find out they left behind pieces of wood and 4 large screws that would’ve ruined my tires if I drove over them with my car.

Excellent and HONEST service. Kept me within my budget and didn't try to "oversell." Highly recommend. Only place I will buy another treadmill from. (The quality of the treadmill we got is excellent so, I probably won't be back for a while.)

People in the Peabody, Ma store are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about there products. I am a disabled vet and would recommend them to anyone.
The delivery came and was setup and trained me on the use of the treadmill.

I did some homework on the internet before going into the Manhasset​ store with an indoor rower in mind. The sales manager was very helpful and made the process quite easy. I consider any home gym equipment purchase a long-term investment and am glad that I bought the Cybex Hydro Rower from a real person instead of online. Delivery and installation a week later were smooth and professional. Gym equipment is one of those things that Amazon will have a hard time replacing. And I have been very happy with the rower, so is my 3-year old daughter who actually enjoy using it!
