AVOID AT ALL COSTS . Looks like I’m in same boat as everyone else. I placed an order before checking the reviews . Scamming site , I have been chasing my order for over 2 months and just get fobbed off with emails . Glad I only made a small purchase of creatine, that’s definitely not coming.

Didn’t receive my product. Absolute scam no sign of a refund either.

Where to begin with this lot. Five weeks after a first order and several back and forth emails and still no sign of any product.
Do they even have the products that they advertise in the first place?
I'm just relieved that my order was a small one because if it was larger I'd be doing my nut.

A dreadful company with pedestrian customer service (probably too busy replying to all the complaints)..... avoid like your life depends on it.

I would give it 0 stars but it doesn't give you that option, shocking service, ordered some creatine and got a confirmation of order email straight away, weeks later had no delivery, emailed the company twice about the order and once asking for a refund, still nothing, I will never order from them again, shocking company.

Bought creatine didn't send it out and ignore any emails asking for a refund avoid buying from them.

Ordered Creatine 30/1/2022 still not received it and no refund. Countless emails all fobbed off. Would have given tgem no stars but wasn't able to. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered creatine on the 12/01/2022
I never received the order, after countless amounts of emails asking where my order is they just kept saying they have processed my request?! I then waited another few weeks - nothing! I then asked for a refund - again nothing! It is now 3 months later, I have no refund and no product. The customer service is disgusting the company is disgusting a massive scam!! Don’t ever order from this company you will loose your money and never get your order…

Actually I wish I could punch the owner in the face for being an absolute scum bag to hundreds of people.

Unfortunately only saw the trust pilot reviews after I had placed and paid for my order of creatine. Surprise, surprise product not received and no response to my attempts to contact them. Clearly not a company to do business with. My advice to all others scammed by Gym unlimited is either do a chargeback or if your purchase is over £100 use section 75 to get your money back. Good luck.

Never arrived after 6 weeks and many many emails.

Terrible company never received items, ordered on 11th jan & it's now the 26th Feb still don't have the creatine I ordered, emailed them they said be here soon, I give up asked for refund & they said my refund has to be approved & will email me once it is haha joke man, so still have no refund or goods! Avoid this crap company at all costs people!

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM!

It has been nearly a month.
I have emailed and had no response.
If no response by this week I will report this to regulators.

Would not recommend and would not bug again

Only giving 1 star as there's no option for zero. Ordered items and they never turned up. The company that payment went through to via their advertised payment link was not gym unlimited therfore they had no record of my order. Thankfully got my money back through PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY .

The fitness watch never arrived and I still have not heard back from customer support even though contacted them 3 times regarding this.

Ordered creatine on the 21st November and have still not received it. I never received any confirmation email and the company are difficult to contact. Do not use. Most like a scam.

Well I I had received my order I would rate you better but I have not received it yet from when I ordered it on th 5rd of November

Waited months on delivery of watch, when it finally came i dont even want to wear it, its made of crap plastic looks cheap and tacky

Brought this months ago and still not received it shocking service
