Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience with the Gyna Fertility Program. The course was extremely informative, but the meal plan was truly exceptional. I genuinely believe the nutrition component played a major role in helping me finally conceive after two years of trying. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is hoping to get pregnant.

Issues with refund
Cancelled my subscription yesterday before the free trial finishes, and the app it says my subscription is not active. Yet I received a charge of £50.25 today for an additional meal plan (which did not appear as a separate plan when I cancelled the app yesterday). I tried to find a contact to explain this but it’s impossible to find their contact. Went to the help section, and got an automated response...

Cancelled my subscription a month plus ago, so even when I go to the app it says my subscription is not active. Can’t even Yet I received a charge of £50.25 on 13th February?? I tried to contact them to ask for a refund but it’s next to impossible to find their contact. Went to the help section, it was a nightmare. Finally clicked on something and got an automated response to my email asking me for my subscription id etc. I replied back with these details, still no reply or refund. I want my money back!!

I wouldn’t rate this 1 star. The cost of this support does not meet the support provided. Unexpected payments taken included a premium subscription that I did not sign up to taken without my consent. It is appalling. The route to contact this company is also appalling as it is an email request rather than writing to them directly. Would not recommend.

They lie about reminding you to cancel
They say in writing “Don’t worry, we’ll remind you” when you’re signing up for a free trial. Then text you every single day…until the day when you’re supposed to cancel. That day they don’t remind you like they said they would. They charge you hundreds of dollars and then a soulless company droid tells you tough sh** when you try to get help for a refund. Way to kick women when we’re already down suffering from infertility and/or miscarriage, already trying to pay massive doctors bills. I loved the information, but I can’t imagine a worse experience in terms of subscription trapping.
