Hoverboard purchase - goods not received
Shortly after placing an order for a G2 Offroad 8.5" Hoverboard from gyroor.com.au, I received confirmation that my payment had been received and that my order was being processed. However, over a month has passed, and I have yet to receive any updates on the dispatch or delivery status.
Despite sending three emails to the address listed on their website and submitting a request through the "Contact Us" form, I have received no response whatsoever.
While I would like to believe this is an isolated incident, my experience does not align with the promises of “fast shipping” and “amazing customer service” promoted on their website. For a company that markets itself as 100% Australian Owned, this has been a disappointing and discouraging experience.
I can only pass on my experience to fellow consumers considering purchasing from this website as BUYER BEWARE!
