I placed an order for 2 Abayas with Khimars worth 5k for umrah, and I have never received the order. Their customer service is useless—they only gave me repetitive, false promises that "the team will contact me" and then completely ignored my requests for a refund or delivery. They took my money and failed to deliver the product or offer any resolution. Do not buy from H2 Modestly. It's a scam.

The WhatsApp customer support was very responsive prior to order placement but after placing the order gives the standard reply yo contact vai email.
When you email they send the default reply will respond but after that no answers.
