This is a very sharp useful knife. It works well slicing meat or chopping ginger and garlic. The shape is easier to use with a rocking motion to slice through scallions or shred ginger.

The knife is everything it is claimed to be. It is the best I’ve used so far. Great design, the cutting capability is as was claimed. Design is fantastic in application.
