This is the worst service you could ever sign up for! The customer support is absolutely useless, available 24/7 in name only. The exchange rates are ridiculously high, and the card fails to work about 95% of the time. We've been requesting a refund for the past three weeks, but they keep blaming a "system issue" while ignoring support requests—unless you're making a deposit. At this point, it feels like a scam.
