Bought water heater from habitum. Unfortunately after few weeks it starts leaking. No guarantee service provid. They just send ask me to contact with service that is in SPAIN, or Irish one which not doing this brand. Update: invoice no 608485. There was many mails between us and you can't provide service that can fix product you sold me. Contacted ccpc and they agreed that is your responsibility providing guarantee. If I asking for help you send me phone no. to Spain. Or emails that not answering. Only one service in Ireland answered and said they not services brand you sell. You not following law. I spent 177,96 euro and can't get from you support. That was last time when bought something from you, and all my friends will be note that can't trust you

Avoid at all costs
I ordered from Habitium on December 14, 2024. The order was never delivered to my address. Customer service is non-existent: I sent multiple emails and received either no replies or misleading information.
Only after insisting did I find out—by myself—that the parcel had been dumped at a pickup point without any notification. Now they even want to charge me for the return of an order I never received.
This is not just bad service, it’s unacceptable and dishonest. Complete waste of time and money. Do not buy from Habitium.

This has been one of the poorest experiences I have ever had. Ordered a sink the middle of November and it still hasn't arrived and I'm not getting decent responses. I will never use this company again. My advice is to avoid. In answer to your comment that you can't find the order - the order is number 676594 confirmed by you on the 17th November

There was no communication whatsoever as to when the package was going to be delivered. When purchasing on line the delivery was stated as between 5 to 8 days it took 13 days with no communication in between . I would have bought a lot more things from them if they were upfront and honest . There loss.

Terrible customer service - 3 months to issue refund
I ordered a piece of furniture on the 15th September 2025. The item was due for delivery within 15 working days. The item never turned up and when I queried where it was I was told it would arrive in the coming days, so just wait longer. After a month, due to the unexpected delay, I asked to cancel the item but was told I couldn't cancel the order, I had to wait till they attempted delivery and refuse the delivery. Weeks went by and still no attempted delivery so I contacted them again and said I wanted to cancel the order again. They said the item was lost in transit so the manufacturer was going to send another replacement item. I advised that I did not want a replacement, just a refund but they went ahead and sent the replacement item by boat. I then had to intervene and contact the shipping company myself to ask them to return the product to the warehouse as I no longer wanted it, due to the delays experienced. The item was finally delivered back to the warehouse on 20th November but it took habitium over 3 weeks to confirm receipt of the item and agree to my refund. I finally received my refund in December 2025. The whole process was very stressful and there is no phone number to speak to anyone in customer service. The customer service team replied to my mails within a few days but I asked on several occasions that my issue be escalated to management as it took 3 months to arrange my refund. No member of management got involved. Overall I would not recommend buying from this company as the customer service was appalling.

Avoid these dropshippers!
I ordered a chair to be delivered in 2 to 4 days, after day 4 I asked where it was, they could not answer, they lied and said, the delivery times are only a guideline. I checked their policy, it's not.
I cancelled the order on day 6 as it still hadn't been dispatched, they said they'd be back to me with a refund. A couple of days later, I bought a the same chair from the manufacturers.
That's when it got tricky.
Three days later, they did get back to me, but not about a refund, they had shipped the cancelled order! I asked why they had shipped it several times, each time they told me, I could refuse to accept it, they they would refund me, less shipping charges. The delivery guys need me to inspect the package so it's not a problem.
DPD dropped it at the door and we're gone, not a chance of inspection.
They then told me to send it back at my own expense and they would issue a refund if it was in good condition. Shipping quotes were between 100 and 400 to ship back to Spain.
Eventually they did answer why they didn't cancel the order, they said it had already left the warehouse. Can't say I believe this either, they couldn't even give me a tracking number from DPD.
Go directly to the manufacturer and avoid these middlemen.

Absolcutely HORRIBLE company with piss poor customer support. No movement on package after nearly 30 days. Package still in processing. Customer support passes my query around the queue without offering any solution. They keep saying there was a logistics error.

Still no communication from these scam artists. No tracking information or update to the original ticket.

Item arrived and its NOT what I paid for!! Pure waste of time and money dealing with these absolute scumbags.

After finally getting a courier collection I carefully tracked with DPD to see when it would be delivered. Habitium said this mysterious “manufacturer” has informed them that the return was unsuccessful!! I have sent Habitium tracking details that shows it was delivered this morning!More lies and delays. I await my refund!!!

I have had a very strange experience with Habitium to date. I purchased an item which unfortunately is not suitable. It took me a while to figure out the return process but bizarrely you have to email them to actually request a return. (also customer completely liable for return costs!)
After some time I received an email from them requesting pictures of product which I dutifully sent. I then received an email stating that the “manufacturer” has to inspect the images! Extremely strange and I am not sure if this is a legitimate retailer.
I am still waiting and even raised a complaint. No return process has been initiated.
I hope it can get resolved however the communication to date has left me very doubtful!

Just an update today 24th November. I have continued to email Habitium to ask for return details however they keep sending me the same response saying that a manufacturer has to approve the refund. It has been 5 days since I requested refund (14 days to return product)
No escalation just stonewalling from Habitium!!!
