Surprising good customer service
Longer delay to unknown reason, but the customer service called before any complaint from me to know if I got it and tried to find out the delay reason. Call me few days later saying it was coming with a tracking number and arrived. Packaged in poor condition but goods in great condition.

Customer Service was Amazing! Easy to communicate with, happy to address and give feedback with any issues or delays. The team was quick and accommodating with any questions that I had in regards to equipment and shipping. There was a delay with the shipping company and the team made sure to stay in contact and follow up request to have equipment moved as soon as possible. Satisfied customer.
