Scam - avoid
Waste of time. I wanted to apply for a job via linked in and it took me here, had to spend ages setting up a profile because it couldn't read my CV properly. Then it turned out the advertised job didn't exist - this site is a scam.
Edit: you should *not* have to provide your life details to a site and create an account just to apply for a job advertised on LinkedIn. This is sharp practice and is disingenuous. It did not say anything about the job I applied for, even when I followed the link from LinkedIn again - it just took me to the dashboard of a site I never wanted membership of anyway!

I've requested some more insight as I'm keen to better understand your experience. I can assure you all roles Live on the platform/advertised do exist - however we only show you roles that match your profile. If you weren't a match the platform should have informed you why this was, it could be down to salary expectations, location preferences, skills/experience or other factors.
We do this in order to ensure a level of relevance for both candidates and companies - as it's this level of relevance that means we can ensure you are seen as a priority candidate for companies & will experience a faster interview process.
If you can respond to the Trustpilot request for identifying information I'll be happy to take a look and explain properly why we didn't show you the role.
Update: Thanks for providing the additional context - I can see the role you applied for is on our Source product, this means companies reach out to you direct to schedule a call vs you having to fill in an application form - this is why you weren't able to apply immediately as there is no application form, creating your profile was the application in this instance, I've reached out to schedule a call as I want to understand how we could better communicate this.
Waste of time
It basically uses AI to check your profile for experience keywords and then matches them against available jobs on the platform (which would be fine if it actually worked). However, if your profile doesn’t contain a certain number of keywords matching the role, it simply won’t allow you to apply.
So the AI ends up saying something like: “You have 5 years of QA experience across several areas, but I don’t think you’re qualified for this junior QA role that requires 3 years of experience.”
In my opinion, this platform is just a waste of time.

Unfortunately we only support roles in UK, US & India at present - and there are very few that are currently open to relocation candidates.
We'd love to open up roles in Bangladesh one day or be able to offer more opportunities for people to relocate, but we're not quite there yet.

Reactivated after a long absence. Did get a defence company asking to progress, but that was it. Managed to get a job through another platform.
Really don't like the ambiguous messages that imply a company wants you to apply, when it's really come from Hackajob's system.

On hackajob there are two distinct scenarios: companies reaching out directly to invite you to interview, and us matching you based on your skills and suggesting you apply.
We recognise those can feel the same, which is actually why we’ve just launched a new candidate experience: your matches are now presented up front for you to browse and apply to at your own discretion, while any direct ‘request’ is guaranteed to have come from a company.
We hope you’ll give it a go when you’re next looking but for now all the best with the new role.
