I wanted to say a massive thank you to Greg Franklin at Hacked.com for helping me sort out the nightmare I had with my hacked Facebook personal and business accounts.

I highly recommend hacked.com to anyone having problems with Facebook. My account was hacked and completely taken over by the hacker. They were posting fake sales and attempting to collect deposits from all my friends. I tried working with Facebook/Meta support but they were absolutely no help. I scheduled a session with Greg Franklin with hacked.com and within a couple days I had complete control of my account again. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent.

Jessica is amazing! I was freaking out and was so emotional as all of my deceased sisters photos were on my Facebook account. Jessica was friendly, stayed calmed lol and explained every single step we did. She let me cry a little and reminded me that she was gonna do everything she could to help me. My wife's Facebook was hacked. The hackers changed emails, phone numbers and blocked me as a friend. We had friends report the page; then the page was either deleted by hacker or Facebook blocked it. We then submitted all the stuff and jumped all the hoops but heard nothing from Facebook for about a week. We then decided to set up a 69-dollar appointment with Hacker.com (Jessica) which turned out to be a great idea. Jessica helped submit the correct forms with Facebook and the state of North Carolina. My FB got hacked, and I’d tried navigating the confusing maze of securing my account on my own. I was feeling really hopeless, and then I came across hacked.com. I was able to schedule a 50-minute call for the next day. Christian was fantastic! He was so reassuring, and we were able to make more progress in 20 minutes than I had in 2 hours the night before. He spent the rest of the call making sure that my other accounts (Instagram, email, X, etc.) were as secure as possible. Once FB approved my ID submission 24 hours later, I was able to schedule a same-day 25-minute call to finish the process. Christian made sure all my questions were answered before we wrapped up the call. I'd 100% recommend Christian and the Hacked.com team to anyone looking for this type of help!

I thought my Facebook was hacked because I wasn't getting any texts sent to my phone. I have 2 factor identification, so I was unable to get back into my facebook. Ends up that it was a facebook glitch. No hacker. Just facebook malfunctioning. Aaron literally fixed my problem in 2 minutes flat. Then, he spent the rest of the time securing my accounts on both Facebook and Instagram. After my accounts were all secure, he was kind enough to suggest a few helpful tips for a friend who can't log into Facebook on her computer, (who is now going to finish her conversation with him by setting up a 20-minute call.) Christian was the best!!! He helped us get our business FB page back!! This company is the real deal. They care about their customers and walk you through everything. They make sure you understand everything before you leave the Zoom call. I would give them more stars if I could!!!!

While on vacation out of the country, my Facebook was hacked, the hacker attempted to extort me, and he attempted to sell bogus items on my page. He changed all of my login information and I was unable to regain access myself. After some research, I made a 50 minute appointment with Christian. I found him to be very calming, straightforward and trustworthy. After the first session, Christian had the hacker kicked out, new login credentials established and my ID verification sent to Facebook. He said their response would take @ 48 hours and it did almost exactly. I was able to book another 25 minute session with Christian so he could walk me through getting back into my account as well as cleaning out all the damage the hacker had done. Finally, Christian walked me through ways to keep all of my accounts safe from hackers. I HIGHLY recommend hacked.com! A+++++

I woke up one morning and discovered my Facebook account had been hacked and taken over. I had no access to my account and Facebook didn't recognize my email or phone. I tried for a day to recover my account using Facebook's help center, but it just took me around in circles. Finally, I found an excellent review of Hacked.com online and decided to take a chance on them. I'm so glad I did! I worked with Aaron, who was very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and patient. Within one 50 minute session, he had the hacker removed from my account and stepped me through submitting my ID to Facebook which was required to restore me access to my account. In an additional 25 minute session he made sure I could login again and that my account was better protected and secure. I highly recommend this service and consider it money very well spent.

Although we did not regain access during the session, Greg provided instruction and email guidance that I applied to regain access a couple of days later. I then scheduled a 25 minute session to ensure I had secured the account properly. In all, worth the $100 investment. Highly recommend!
