The support is extremely helpful even tho when i am the one actally making a mistake and doesnt judge my mistakes in any moment, they are really great!

Took a while to get a response but that cant be helped. Once i got in contact with Michael my problem was resolved without any further issues.

The platform has everything you need to learn the basis and prepare you to do remarkable hacks. The platform is robust and the text quality is great.
The community is essential and help you a lot when you're stuck.
The crew is also understanding and willing to help.

HTB Academy is a fantastic platform. The content is highly relevant and detailed. Recently my employer offered to pay for my silver subscription because I plan on taking CPTS. My subscription had just renewed and I immediately reached out to customer service to see if I could be refunded and in less than 24 hours I got a response from a representative who gave me a refund as requested. They are great and I don't think you can go wrong with HTB and their customer service is second to none. Its worth paying for on your own if you can but obviously if your employer offers to pay, you take them up on the offer!

They handled my refund within minutes and canceled on my behalf without any hassle. I also did the trainings they are excellent for beginners looking to get started.

I am a student and greatly appreciate the fact they have a students plan that gives me access to so much information. I am very happy with how hands-on they are with the exercises as well.The material is really in depth on top of that all. One minor issue I have is sometimes the wording isn't clear, it has happened a few times where I needed external help, But overall, especially if you're a student, well worth the money and time!

I forgot to cancel my monthly pro-labs subscription and originally paid an extra month for it. However, after contacting them through email, they were quick to respond and a full refund is given. I really appreciate it! Not to mention the diverse content this platform offers, pretty much the only learning platform you need for cybersecurity.

HackTheBox is a superb platform with so much resources to upskill your cybersecurity skills. HTB Academy allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of bug bounty and penetration testing fundamental. Although the HTB Labs are difficult, being able to figure out and complete boxes are always satisfying.

Hackthebox is a great training platform for learning Penetration Testing. I already really like their academy and the boxes thar created to test on. However, am writing this review due to the fact not only I really like the work they do but also because their customer support was fantastic. I accidently let my subscription for their yearly trainings run and needed to request a refund. They were kind and made an exception for me since it was the day of the renewal I believe. I am grateful to them for that as they were not required to do so. In summary, check them out they are great and worth your time if you are interested in learning penetration testing. High quality learning.

I love the content of Hack The Box academy the content are very interesting. The learning curve is very satisfying, i think that it required you to be accurate but it is very satisfying when you reach your goal. I'm a student so sometimes it's difficult to manage my time but i will clearly renew my subscription during holidays !

The other good point is that they have a very good support. I had some issues with my subscription, the support was very professional and patient, they help me until we solved the problem and they were very quick and efficient. I recommend Hack The Box for this whole experience !

The community of hack the box is a community from skids and people who thinks they are gods i asked them politely if someone can help me recover my stolen account on steam and the answers i got was very rude and they ban me cuz of my political beliefs i had on my bio in discord. Hack this site is much better community and you actually learn something from there for free.
If i am was able to give them negative stars i will rate them -5 stars and not just 1 star. With some little words if you think to pay a subscription in this site i will recommend you to think about what you are gonna do because there are free sites to do the same thing and the community and staffs are very helpful.
