Upon my paid item i kindly asked seller to cancel my order while asked for refund as seller insisted to proceed to continue as was also so late replying after i tried reaching seller many contacted ways and seller customer service wasn't matching my expectation for this reason i'm so dissapointed of seller because didn't want to refund my message requested cancellation upon my payment so i won't be purchasing in future all waste of time besides was more expensive cost than i expected too .

Ordered a small stone of quartz, never received said product, their response time is horrible took days to be told that it was shipping after noticing the package was saying delivered multiple times to a random facility for processing and USPS could not get ahold of the package. I would buy from any other gemstone providers except this one save your money.

Excellent craftsmanship picked a ring design from website turned out even better from it. Excellent service with high attention to detail on measurements. Shipping was also quick. My beautiful ring arrived in an elegant jewellery box with certificate of authenticity as promised. I’ll most definitely be a returning customer!

Ordered customized morganite ring in 18k gold, I was little bit confused about how things would go. It was my first experience with hadigems but it went well. In future, looking forward for more collaborations for customized jewelry. :)
