Avoid Hagdeburg at All Costs
Avoid Hagdeburg at All Costs! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Hagdeburg and would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to look elsewhere. From the start, they failed to provide me with a correct tracking number. My package appeared stuck in one place for over a week, and only when I contacted them did they suddenly claim it had already been delivered—three weeks earlier!
I have reason to believe they use DPD for delivery, whose reputation is just as bad as Hagdeburg’s. Despite multiple emails back and forth, their so-called “customer service” gave me ridiculous suggestions—like checking behind trees—before completely washing their hands of the situation. They refuse to provide any proof of delivery and have ignored all further requests for a refund or replacement.
In my view, if a package was not delivered to me personally, it was not delivered at all. Their refusal to take responsibility makes it clear they do not care about their customers. This company is unreliable, unhelpful, and dishonest. I will never order from them again, and I urge others to stay well away.
