Delayed payment and outright lying

Decent interactions in the past. However, completed a study with Meta thu them and long delay in payment. They were not transparent abou the reason and only emailed people to explain the delay on the same day the money was made available. They did throw Meta under the bus saying that "the funds we anticipated receiving from our client have encountered an unexpected processing delay."

The incentive payment email came soon after this and it included an extra $25, which was I guess an apology. However when I redeemed the incentive (physical visa gift card) it was only for the original amount of the study. The extra $25 was nowhere to be seen. Reached back out to Gary Reynolds, managing director, to complain about the bait and switch. And got absolutely zero response.

I'd avoid this agency if you actually like to get paid in a timely manner and be not lied to.

four years, no reward

Hagen/Sinclair proved to be a Total waste of time, 48 months and close to 100 "offers" and I actualized nothing. I even sent feedback years 2 on wards that there wasn't any reward and never a reply. I think Hagen/Sinclair draws people with big payout offers, hundreds of dollars for each opportunity, just to pad the member base to appear more attractive to potential clients. If the clients read reviews, they should question how large the member base really is.
