I didnt receive my order. They are scammers. Never order from them .

Definitely a scam company, please DO NOT USE! You order an item and it never arrives and they won’t respond to any emails you send. Hopefully my bank will give my back my money.

They are trash. I am reporting them to the consumer watchdog because they scam consumers. They should be shutdown and never allowed to do business again.

Absolutely shocking, am guessing have been scammed. Ordered on 8th May advised 1-2 days express delivery in UK still waiting and had no response to emails. Status just shows shipment being prepared and Shop say nothing they can do, they must have had hundreds of complaints. Have reported as fraudulent these places should be shit down. Am raging as never had a problem with online shopping g before. The email contact diverts to a company called smile therapy so they probably are connected.

Order never arrived. Several emails sent. Their website says a totally different trust pilot score compared to the actual score. If I’d have seen this before I placed the order I never would have ordered from them!! Just disgusting, how many £39.99’s have they been allowed to scam people off?? Why is there nothing been done about this scam of a company!!

Ordered and paid for a product on 7 April with 1-2 day delivery. It hasn’t arrived. No response to my email following up.

Product cheap, cord too short not stated in advert. Tried to contact numerous times through customer service for return, email address not valid or mailbox not monitored. Suggest avoiding.

Fake site want to return no return address as the hair styler is rubbish! Cheap china rubbish defiantly hasn’t passed safety standards either this is ridiculous

If possible I would leave a 0 star review. Do not under any circumstance use this company. I have not received my order 2cweeks after I have paid for a 1-2 day delivery. I have sent 4 emails none have been replied to. I checked on companies house, the director has several dissolved businesses under his name, therefore I am led to believe this is a scam site. DO NOT USE HAIR-THERAPY UK!!

It has been 6 days and still have received my order or even a reply!! I have emailed 5 times and not once have they replied to me. No contact number either so if anyone could provide that would be great. Think I’ve been scammed, will be reporting to police

Initial price on the website was 39.99, when I ordered, I haven't noticed that it changed to 99.99. Can't get a refund as keep sending emails to customer support and they all undelivered. Got really bad quality cheap product, which I wouldn't really pay £20 for a hundred. Terrible experience. Feel robbed.

No customer service

All I can say is that the Mrs is one happy bunny. The 5 in 1 hair styler pro is a great alternative to the Dyson Airwrap. For the money it doesn’t pretty much the same thing. And she also likes the other items like the detangling brush. Thanks!

Great styling products! I definitely recommend, this puts Dyson to shame🤣
