Hair and beauty I placed an order for a quad pack and after waiting 3 weeks as no one informed me that you did not have stock I received my order that i paid for however, I only received 3 out the 4 (quad pack) products and no one bothered to check the order or get back to me! I would not recommend hair and beauty to anyone. The service is shocking their is no contact number and no one has bothered to call me after numerous requests to fix my order that i paid a lot of money for its a scam. 😡

The total time from order to delivery was approximately 2 weeks, which aligns with standard Australia Post delivery (3–8 business days) plus our processing time. As per our shipping policy, customers should allow up to 5 business days for processing during busy periods (very rare—in most cases we process orders by the next business day). We apologise if this felt longer than expected.
On the contents: The CPR Curly Quad Pack is a manufacturer-pre-packed and sealed kit from Vitafive CPR, containing exactly four products—Bounce Back Sulphate Free Shampoo (300ml), Soft Touch Conditioning Treatment (300ml), Hydra Curl Leave-in Moisturiser (150ml), and Curl Ctrl Defining Crème (150ml). Our warehouse confirmed the box was sealed and intact at dispatch, and the Australia Post lodgement weight matched the expected weight for the full quad pack, with no discrepancies.
We promptly investigated your concern, requested photos (which you kindly provided), conducted a thorough check, and replied with our findings. While we understand your frustration, our records and verifications indicate the order was dispatched complete.

Accusing a legitimate small business of fraud is a serious claim, much like if we were to label you a "deceiving customer"—which we would never do, as it would be unfair and unfounded. Instead, we took your feedback seriously, conducted a full investigation based on verifiable facts—including that the CPR Quad Pack is pre-boxed and sealed by the manufacturer with all four products (Bounce Back Shampoo, Soft Touch Conditioning Treatment, Hydra Curl Leave-in Moisturiser, and Curl Ctrl Defining Crème), our warehouse observed no signs of tampering or movement in the intact box, and the recorded dispatch weight matched the full kit—and shared our transparent findings with you.
