I signed up for hair treatment and got prescribed Minoxidil. I know it’s a six month journey but it’ll be worth it! I felt the right questions were asked, and I was given the treatment that I needed. Excited to see how it develops. Delivery took around 3 days.

I am currently in my first month of using the Hair Me products, specifically the minoxidil tablets. It might be too soon to expect to see results. A friend of mine recommended these products to me, and he observed results after a few months of use.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from Hair + Me. I placed an order for treatment, but it has not arrived and the tracking hasn't updated.
What makes this far worse is the complete lack of customer support. They have no live chat and no telephone line to reach a human being. I submitted an email and waited past their promised 24-hour response window without any reply. I even reached out via Instagram Direct Message and have been completely ignored.
It is completely unacceptable to leave customers stranded with zero communication, especially when handling medical treatments. I need someone from management to contact me immediately, locate my package, or issue a full refund.

Too early to say about if the product is helping. However I do like the way the survey was easy to complete, that it has been tailored to me. The information available to make a well informed decision The product arrived very quickly, it's easy to take.

My product arrived quickly only just started using it so cant comment on that yet.

Quick to receive it, the packing and the personalised capsule is a sweet detail. So far so good with taking the tablets. Good to know that the tablets are based on my personal info I gave, gives you more confidence and hope.

I love this treatment it's made my soft.
The thing I love with this treatment it's not greases.
I would recommend this treatment.

Received the liquid and started today 11/08/26 so I will give it time and give an update if I see any improvement

Ordered two products one came the other didn’t when the second product came it had a week untill it was out of date of use was meant to be months treatment I used and had a bad reaction. I requested to cancel subscription via email as that is only option given it has been months and the company is still charging me for a product I don’t want
