Hair Club Sucks

Everything hair, products, style is way way over priced and the hair product is very poor. That is if you can get them to get you any hair, been waiting 11 months now. The ownership must be hard to work for as the SLC salon has had at least 3-4 managers and several other staff changes. Also dont plan on getting an answer if you call the place. Very poor company. Go some where else.

Canceled order then refused to give refund or reorder

I ordered a wig 2 years ago, received something that met none of my color specifications and was FAR too small for my head, and requested a replacement after trying to wear it for only 2 days. They understood my complaints and ordered it.
Then covid hit, factories closed, and I waited over 9 months. I was given a complimentary $200 piece from online "while I waited for my order to be moved to a different, open manufacturer and made and shipped". I waited another 9 months, then was informed that after getting the complimentary piece my order had been canceled because I had already "gotten two wigs for the price of one". No one ever told me my order would be canceled--in fact, they specifically said it was being updated and FIXED so I could actually get it--and now they're holding a complimentary apology gift against me. Apparently at HairClub, "We're sorry, we're trying to make this right" gifts are actually just ways to screw people over.
