Zero Communication, Defective Product, and No Refund Resolution
I ordered from HaircutClippers.com and have never experienced such poor communication from a company. Before placing my order, I had a few questions — I emailed several times over two weeks where my product was, there and didn’t receive a single reply. Their phone number rings, but nobody ever answers. I dont know if this place is another oversees shopify store that operates as if its in US, but lack of communication, care sure feels like it .
When my order finally arrived, the product worked like either defective or like a cheap replica of the real thing. It wouldn't shave and would pinch all facial hair out . It didn’t cut properly at all. I immediately reached out to request a refund. It’s now been over a week and a half since then, and I’ve been sending follow-up emails with no response — not a single update, no shipping label, nothing. The only message I ever received was one line saying they can issue a refund, and since then, complete silence again , its been over a week. I am about to just get refund from my bank, because this chasing around should be done only at a playground.
At this point, it feels like this company might not even be operating in the U.S. because the level of customer service is absolutely zero. From one to ten, I’d rate them zero for communication and reliability.
