SCAM. Company does not exist. The address is false. I bought 65 euros worth of hair products and it has not been delivered. The emails requesting the refund are not answered. They're thieves. They list low prices, steal and don't deliver.

I hardly ever make comments but thought this one might help due to the mix reviews on the site. So I ordered 2 type of products. Olaplex that is easy to find, and Shinefinity from Wella a little harder to find tbh. On the website the order said delivery in 2 days. A day after the order I got an email saying the shinefinity are not in stock but they will order and send it all in 2 to 3 days. 2 days later same message. I obviously then started to look into the website/reviews and saw a lot of complaints about similar communication. I thought I would give it another few days and if again I got an email I would cancel and ask for refund. But this time no email and indeed I got my order 3 days later. So yes they do not always carry the stock maybe and so unable to deliver in 2 days, but from my experience if you wait a little you’ll get your order. I hope this helps someone.
Its the worst company I’ve ever met. I ordered 3 weeks ago from HairFair and I didn’t receive anything. Don’t trust them when you read on their website “Order today till 23:59 and you receive your parcel tomorrow “ LIARS!!!!

Bought a product from these guys, they sent me a delivery date they failed, a 2nd attempt was intended failed again, after that i asked for a refund. I don't know if these people really sell anything but promises. 1 star from me

Bij het product dat jij besteld hebt staat duidelijk een levertijd van 5-6 werkdagen. https://www.hairfair.nl/ghd-v-gold-serie-max-stijltang-met-gratis-ghd-straight-on-straight-and-smooth-spray-120ml.html. We houden je om de 2 werkdagen op de hoogte van de status van je bestelling. We doen ons best om helder en transparant te handelen maar dat is in dit geval blijkbaar niet begrepen. Ook wij leren hier weer van.
