I had hair transplant in 11/09/25 at Chippenham road London. After 6 months my hair transplant results is disappointed. They are scammer when I went for consultation, he said we are guarantee you about your hair transplant growth if you unhappy with the results we will do it again for free and asked me to pay £2000 for booking and I paid full amount on consultation day.but when I went for hair transplant on 11th of September 2025 they asked me for sign to the paper there is no guarantee for hair growth and advise me 4 PRP cost £800 plus £2000 Hair transplant fees total 2800 this company have two centre in London one in Chippenham Road London and one is Kenton Road Harrow London my friend went in Kenton Road Harrow Centre and they charge him £100 per PRP but they charge me at Chippenham Road London £200 per PRP it means they grab the money from you as much as they can then I complain to the complaint office .they said our PRP rate is £ 250 and refused to refund extra charges £400 .
I’m truly advised that be careful don’t waste your money and time.

Professionalism and care accorded was top notch

I visited the clinic on 24/03/2025 for a hair transplant, and overall the entire experience was very smooth. While a procedure like this can never be completely pain-free, the staff did everything they could to make the process as comfortable and accommodating as possible.

Everything about the procedure was explained clearly beforehand, which really helped put me at ease. I’d also like to give a special mention to Dr Neel and team, who was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. The only improvement I would suggest is providing a bit more insight beforehand about the swelling that can occur after the transplant. While I understand this is normal and expected, it was still a challenging part of the recovery process.

Avoid this place at all costs. Currently in a 5 month long battle trying to get my £2000 back after the cancelled my surgery because the surgeon had an accident ! They keep moving the goalposts and lying.

A guy named Ayub in the deansgate branch wouldn’t tell us his position in the company and claimed the don’t have managers.

I had a hair transplant with Dr Nayak at the Romford clinic and honestly had a really good experience.

The consultation was clear and easy to understand, which made the whole decision a lot less stressful. On the day of the procedure, everything ran smoothly and I felt well looked after from the start.

The technicians were really friendly and helped keep things relaxed, which made a big difference. They also explained the aftercare properly, so I knew exactly what I needed to do once I got home.

I’m only 6 months in but I’m already really happy with the results so far and looking forward to seeing the final outcome. I’d highly recommend Dr Nayak and the team.

I recently attended a free consultation at this hair growth centre and, unfortunately, found the experience quite disappointing.

The consultation lacked depth and professionalism. I was expecting to speak with someone technically knowledgeable who could clearly explain the procedure, risks, benefits, and suitability. Instead, most of my questions were met with vague responses such as “it’s up to you,” which did not inspire confidence.

It felt as though the focus was more on booking dates rather than providing meaningful guidance or helping me make an informed decision. For a procedure like this, clients need proper counselling and clarity — it’s not something one should proceed with blindly.

There are many options available in the market, and people rely on these consultations to understand the pros and cons before committing. Sadly, this session did not meet that expectation.A good waste of time.

I hope the clinic improves the quality of their consultations by involving more knowledgeable staff who can genuinely guide their clients.

HGC Romford was immaculately clean and the three technicians were polite, friendly and professional.
Dr. Vishal Nayak was also very polite,friendly, and professional and I felt totally at ease in his hands.

During the whole process I was completely at ease and felt no pain at all.

The procedure seemed to be over so quickly and time flew by, even though I was in there for 7 hours.
(With a break and some food half way through)

I had 1 PRP on the day, as I was made aware there is no need for any more than that, the procedure is enough and
the price of the op was the best value that I'd seen anywhere in the UK.

After weeks of deciding whether I wanted to go through with it, I'm 100 percent happy that I did.

I was sent home twice after rescheduling due to “high blood pressure “ even after showing proof from my GP and even getting a letter and multiple readings from pharmacies they still sent me home . I waited 6 months in total . DESPITE THIS THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND. I’ve paid £2250 for a hair transplant and PRP for NOTHING.
They also delete negative reviews on Google . Beware of these scammers . I don’t reccomend anyone to trust them .

The surgery was performed by DR Neel Patel and his team.
They were all amazing people and performed an excellent transplant for me and I am so grateful and cant thank them enough.
I will definitely be referring others to the hair transplant hub Romford.

I was made to feel very comfortable through out and were very nice and patient. Would now highly recommend this clinic to friends and family.

They have a very good customer service and patience but my transplant wasn’t successful and still got my donor area ruined and damaged

Very impressed with the great professional expertise of Dr Vishal Nayak the Leading Doctor and his team. From Consultation to actually being realistic and clear on my goals and expecations everything went smoothly. I'm on Day 2 of my recovery and procedure is going well so far swelling is slowly down, eating a bit more and donor area in healing. If you want quality care at affordable pricing which is dedicated to patient care then please review HGC. Any negative feedback here is total mis perception. There is a team of Fully trained Technicans that oversee and have seen hundreds of cases with Dr Vishal leading the case as the ultimate decision maker including himself operating in between sessions. If the technicans were ever unsure which was very rare they stop and asked Dr Nayak the ultimate boss of the clinic like anybody would in a Hospital or clinical setting so its very normal not to have a doctor in the clinic all times. Further to this I have had post questions which the team were quickly prompt to respond to cant ask for a better service. Procedure was quick, understood and well planned. Payment is non refundable which they tell you before signing so under Consumer Laws there is no nonsense or mislead from there. Thanks again guys!!

I had a hair transplant procedure yesterday carried out by Dr Neel Patel and his amazing team. From start to finish I felt as comfortable as possible. The process was clearly explained to me and I was asked multiple times if I had any questions for them.
Day 2 since the procedure and everything is healing as advised. I’m in no discomfort and with great aftercare I have the reassurance that I can speak to someone should the be any concerns at all.
If you are seeking a hair transplant you don’t need to do the whole Turkey trip etc. very reasonable prices and amazing service from Dr Patel and his team right here in London.

I had my FUE hair transplant at the Hair Growth Centre in Manchester on 3rd March 2026, and I’m still buzzing from how positive the entire experience was. As a young Black woman dealing with afro-textured hair and a receding hairline, I’d read tons of mixed-to-negative reviews online including on Trustpilot, Reddit, and forums. That left me super scared and skeptical. I worried about hygiene, whether they’d understand my hair type for natural curl patterns and density, and if the process would feel rushed or impersonal. But the team completely turned that around and delivered one of the most reassuring, professional days I’ve ever had in a medical setting.
I arrived at 9:30am to a spotlessly clean, modern clinic. Everything looked pristine, and every single staff member was in full proper PPE. They followed strict aseptic and sterile techniques from start to finish with gloves changed frequently and instruments handled meticulously. No corners were cut on hygiene, and that alone gave me massive peace of mind knowing infection risk was taken so seriously.
The receptionist welcomed me so warmly and complimented me right off the bat, even with my hair concerns. It instantly made me smile and feel at ease. They took initial photos for records, I filled in my details, and then Dr. Gillani did a detailed consultation with precise mapping of my new hairline. What really impressed me was how involved and perfectionist he was throughout the day. He kept coming back to check progress, viewing from every angle, and made tiny adjustments as needed. There were little to no major corrections because his initial design was already so accurate and natural-looking, tailored perfectly to my face shape, ethnicity, and hair texture. He even had Long take extra pictures of me during the process (with my okay) so I could see the hairline in real time, suggest any tweaks, and feel fully part of the decisions. That level of collaboration and attention to detail made me feel truly heard and confident.
Rejka was an absolute sweetheart. She handled the gentle shaving with so much kindness and care, paying attention to every detail to keep me comfortable and relaxed. Jubi and Rejka teamed up brilliantly on the numbing injections. They were swift but super attentive to my pain tolerance, pausing and adjusting whenever I needed, which minimized any discomfort. The injections felt like the biggest hurdle, but they made it manageable and quick.
The procedure itself was a masterclass in teamwork. This is definitely not a solo-surgeon job. Dr. Gillani did the precise incisions expertly, then the highly experienced team took over. Jubi, Rejka, Long, and the others worked hand-in-hand on extraction and implantation. They moved fast and efficiently (we wrapped up around 2:30pm, so roughly 5 hours total), but it never felt hurried. Their coordination, constant communication, and frequent checks on my comfort kept everything patient-centred. Everyone knew their role perfectly, supported each other seamlessly, and prioritized my well-being above all.
I’m only on day 2 post-op now, but the grafts already look beautifully placed, and the donor area is settling nicely with minimal issues so far. The whole vibe was compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring with no ego, just a skilled collective effort delivering top results.

Dr Nayak and his team were fantastic throughout. Before the surgery they were incredibly helpful in answering questions and providing clear guidance. On the day they were great and made me feel at ease the moment I arrived. The procedure itself was smooth and I was very well looked after.
