I don't even know who this place is!!!

I just started getting billed by this company, I don't even have freaking hair but they claim i purchased a gift card for their company which I've never heard of, but they insure that I paid for a gift card that they decided to turn into credits and start charging me for subscription, only thing that is decent is the fact that im getting reimbursed

Help with subscription

Enzo was oh so helpful as I’m not that computer savvy to help me with the issue I was having with a subscription. He was ever so kind to do just the simple task for me as I don’t deal with these issues often lol. Thank you so much for your help.
