Disappointed in Customer Service Because of Misleading Information. Sent the product back at my cost and now over 23 days later have not received the refund.

I purchased Mayraki Shampoo. The picture showed 2 items which looked like Shampoo and Conditioner. the explanation said:

I ordered 2. I only received shampoo - no conditioner. When I contacted them, they said it was only supposed to be shampoo. I explained that 2 items were shown and the description mentioned conditioner. Because the way it was listed was very misleading and inaccurate, I wanted to return the 2 items. I asked them to provide a label so I can return it, but they would not do it. They wanted to give me a $10 credit, but that was not what I needed. How can they do this when the description was not correct?

Asked to speak with a supervisor and they told me that was not possible. Started emailing them on Dec 6 and every response I received said no.

Response back from this review was the same as what was originally sent back to me. Very disappointed.

Since Mayraki would not pay shipping for me to send back this purchase, it cost me $20.13 to send it
back so I could track it. They received it on January 3. Even with several more emails to them as of January 25 I still have not received the refund. Please be wary about buying from this company!

A Great Safe Hair Smoother

This product is really great, safe and is very user friendly. Please mention in the instruction pamphlet that the product can be washed off hair after 50 minutes. then hair is to be styled as desired. Please keep up good work..

Ordered an item on the 5th December... still hasn't arrived

Ordered an item on the 5th December. Was meant to be a christmas present and still have not recieved it as of 25th December. It says it is shipped on the website, but when I use the tracking number provided, it says the item does not exist. Do not order from this company. A waste of money and time!

The anti grey product is a dye-color product! They claim it to bring your natural hair color back but in reality this is a dye product and is a misslead. One star is already too much! Don't don't buy!

Horrible product …

I really want to give it no stars but it’s not a choice. I had always had professionals straighten my hair with Keratin treatments . I stupidly wanted to save money. I hung onto it for 6 months at least, watched the video multiple times. May of 2024 I finally did it. It was weird and difficult but I managed . At first I though it sort of worked but as months went my I was shedding so much hair but nothing was growing back. It seems this product damaged my hair follicles and what was once a gorgeous head of hair is a women’s nightmare . I’m devastated . I went to a specialist to analyze my hair . So now I have to take minoxidil and I could kick myself for listening to this ad.

It is really a dye or stain

I have been using for a couple of months and it is definitely some type of dye - gets on pillow case unless you put on wet hair and blow dry out. I love the color - but it is uneven. Just a few pumps will leave uneven results. You need to systematically apply it and look for "spots" where you missed. It is kind of like dying your hair twice a week quickly without washing out. I am 50% gray hair. It doesn't seem to cover white hair, which I am fine with. I just don't understand how it is going to look good growing out ... I feel like it is going to look like a bad dye job. It has done great covering roots, but long term, not sure this is going to work. I just don't like that the company lied to everyone about it being a dye/stain. It makes me wonder if they are lying about the ingredients that could be harmful. I see one ingredient on YUKA that is not included anymore and I wonder if they removed it - because what they are doing is misleading to begin with.

If you have a lot of Grey hair we suggest to use Mayraki Dye shampoo first to cover the Grey and work with the Anti Grey hair treatment after. You need to use this twice a day application for about 2 to 4 weeks and sustain with 2 to 4 times a week in sustaining of nutrients. If you have more questions with the application you may reach out to us anytime.

Never got samples, got an allergic reaction, took weeks to get refund process, now waiting weeks and weeks to get money back. Highly doubt I will get anything back.

No doubt will get a response saying to contact them directly without providing how, so empty words.

False advertising on their website and false impressions of their reviews. I left a 1 star review on their website that will never see the light of day. See how they claim no negative reviews.

This is a scam of a business and the people working for them should be ashamed for themselves.

UPDATE: here they go saying to send them my order details as if I’ve not been emailing them for a refund for the last 2 months but getting nothing!!!

See how they ignore the point about not showing negative reviews because it’s true. All false advertising on their website.

Our products are made 100% from natural ingredients, but we still strongly suggest our customers to test a small amount of treatment behind their ear, to prompt pollen allergic skins. When this happens we advise the discontinue use of the product.

It really works!

My hair has been coming in grey since my 20's (I'm in my 50s now). I've been coloring my hair since then. Gave this a try and after a couple weeks, it's completely working. I have not colored my hair for 7 months. Even my hairdresser couldn't believe how well it's working.

Disappointing - do not buy from them

Disappointing. I placed a high value order to be shipped to another country. I couldn't track it because the link provided by Mayraki showed me "order not found". I contacted customer service and received a short response with the same link, I contacted them again stating that I have been waiting for 3 weeks and cannot track my order, which is disturbing. I received a similar response, they re-provided the link which didn't work, seems no one cared to check what's happening. The parcel finally arrived randomly.

I didn't receive any samples with my order so it looks like the company is falsely advertising on their website. I wrote a complaint to customer service, I have not received a response yet. I would not recommend and order again. There is simply too much risk in case of shipment gets lost and evidently lack of support from customer service.

UPDATE: I have been asked to provide my full name, order number and an email adress but they didn't tell me how/ where. I did email customer support and of course they didn't reply to my email. I reckon this is just company trying to show on trust pilot they are proactive in resolving customer issues. Rubbish!

Extreme pain and hair loss. allergic reaction and stains everything

Extreme skin irritation and stains pillowcases, counter top, fingernails, hands and shirt collar.
their ingredient “galla rhois/gallnut”is JUST ANOTHER WORD for “oak gall”
Look up oak galls: There are DIY recipes online of how to make INK AND CLOTHING DYE using oak galls !!!
Oak galls are listed as an “intense source gallic Acid” for proof:check out researchgate publication number 284900343 -Oak Galls as an Intense Source of Natural Gallic Acid-
-GALLIC acid is highly acidic and is sold with a WARNING: “Extreme skin irritation” on the Parchem website, they supply laboratories and the cosmetics industry.

It’s false advertising, it says it restores your Melanocytes to fix grey hair but it a nothing more than a stain or dye.
I am reporting the chemical burns and irritation to the FDA with photos and videos.
It caused extreme red Inflamed skin all over my scalp and hard patches all over my scalp because my scalp was SO swollen turned white/yellow in areas.

Another big red flag:The company only allows four and five star reviews on their website and eliminates all one star two star and three star reviews. After the painful skin irritation reaction, I did more research and can see tons of people saying they had the same reaction: Extreme skin irritation.

I bought two sealed boxes and only tested one…

I also read a reviews on Reddit of people having the SAME reaction and saying it caused chemical burns all over their scalp!!!

This is not magic that makes your gray hair go away- gall nuts/oak galls Are extremely high in tannic acid.
I noticed the company’s response to most reviews of people complaining of chemical burns/extreme irritation- mayraki response publicly is : “you have a “pollen allergy“
This reaction has NOTHING to do with pollen, it’s high concentrations of a dangerous substance. I do not have allergies to any food, NO allergy to pollen or ANYTHING except PPD.
PPD, shortened from the scientific name of paraphenylenediamine. It's frequently used in commercial hair dyes—both drugstore and salon brands—and is primarily used to fight color fade. I never have skin irritation or allergic reactions to anything except PPD… So if it’s not Gallic acid, causing my skin irritation,I would not be surprised if this unscrupulous company sneaks some PPD into the formula to to “set“ the die so it doesn’t transfer/bleed as much as it would otherwise.

I do not have ANY pollen allergy either: i can eat bee pollen as a health superfood with NO reaction-

but this gray hair treatment is horrible.

Gallic /oak gall EXTRACT is NOT a harmless just because it’s a natural substance.

I would like to sue the company for the extreme pain and hair loss i experienced.

This can happen because keratin treatments work by opening the hair cuticles to allow nourishing ingredients to penetrate. Unfortunately, this process can also affect the color of previously bleached hair, leading to an unwanted shift toward warmer or brassy tones.

How to Fix It:
If you're noticing an orange or yellow tint after a keratin treatment, a great way to neutralize these tones is by using purple-toned products such as purple shampoo, purple conditioners, or masks. These products work by neutralizing yellow and orange undertones and will help restore the cooler, ashier look you’re aiming for.

Bad experience all over

Tried to use the grey hair restore but had to stop due to the allergies which I developed. Also, the product smells so strong that I had a hard time falling asleep no matter what time I applied the product. Another small aspect that this product will stain everything what it get in touch with (except hairs, but that’s for me) which is impossible to clean. Return policy said that you are safe to try the product, which isn’t true. It can be retuned at your own cost and only if the product is sealed and haven’t been used. So, I returned one unopened pack after waiting a few days of communication back and forward. The shipment went who knows where, as the company seems use the onshore address in order to redirect it to offshore. On top of that USPS lost the package. Long story short I lost money and faith in this company. Can’t recommend anyone

Stay away from Mayraki

Ordered the product and didn’t get the samples as advertised. Was told I could get a refund for opened item if I got a reaction. Got a reaction, sent several emails to them and not a single one has been replied to. Will probably never get a reply let alone a refund.

The reviews on their website is also fake. They use a company call judge me and can pick and choose which reviews they attach to their shop. So naturally they don’t attach any 1 or 2 star reviews.

There is nothing different about these products, they are just regular hair dyes. If you’re allergic to any you will be allergic to this. Don’t trust any of their comments about the product being 100% natural.

Stay away from this company. They will take your money then ignore you.

Got a response here saying they will follow up and asked for order number etc. without saying how to do that! Empty words with no substance! I’m not expecting to ever recover my money from these guys. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

Forgot to mention in original review their phone number goes to a message saying no one is available and to email them instead. Tried calling different days, different times of days, no one is ever available to answer the phone.
