worst delivery service ever
Worst delivery service ever. All the comments i wrote in yhr shipment details were not taken into consideration and had to run to my house when the package arrived. I will never take that courrier again

Brt courier delivers orders on schedule but obvously driver can not call all customers 2 hours before delivery as you required. Moreover in the shipping address customer shall indicate exact name of interphone or ringbell that courier shall ring.

Dear Claudio, as you know we shall ship goods to Brazil only by Italian Post (by air). I answered to your mails explaining the situation: there was a delay due to high quantity of parcels shipped for Christmas. Unfortunately only last week Post informed us that probably they lost your parcel...I sent you an email asking you if we shall refund your order or ship goods once again. I have not received your reply yet.
