Highly Recommend

I visited Hairstyle Avenue on Rochester High Street for the first time yesterday. My previous salon of 15 years had recently closed, so I was a little nervous going somewhere new. Slywia was warm and welcoming, she listened to what I asked for and recommended what would be best in terms of adding layers to my very overgrown-out bob. I was really pleased with my haircut, will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Thank you Costa!!!

Just want to say thank you to Costa for taking the time to do my sons hair. No matter who is in the shop at the time he will always acknowledge my son. He is always so happy with it once it is done and now will not let anyone other than Costa touch his hair. I think we have found his barber for life. Would recommend to anyone.

Good and bad experiences

The 1St time I took my son it was a pleasant experience, the lady cutting his hair was good with him and did a good job on his haircut. So I went back for his next haircut and had a different younger girl this time. My son was abit fidgety as a 1 year old would be, he wasn't crying or being unpleasant but just wasnt great at sitting still and wanted to swap seats to the different exciting chairs they have available. With this the girl says to me 'i take it your going to have any more kids after this one then'.................. I wasn't very pleased with that comment and have never returned
She didn't do a very good job on his haircut either.

Hi Pashi. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate both good and bad feedback.
We are very sorry to hear your last experience wasn't good. We also understand the previous visit was pleasant. I also believe that your experience is set quite far in the past the salon has been under new management for a while now.
We would very much appreciate if you would like to give us a chance to make it right.
Please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience.
