Your communication skill are exceptional. Following up with your patient was amazing. I loved the transportation and accommodation. The treatment journey was great although i didn't expect that much pain during anesthesia 😂 overall, everything was great.

I had a hair transplant in November 2023 and intentionally held off from writing a review until I saw the results. After seven months only, the new hair grew and it definitely doesn't seem as bald as it was in the sides and crown area.

The experience was phenomenal! From the first contact via WhatsApp to the airport pick-up (I visited from Canada), then going to the clinic. The team is very professional! I had a great translator as well which made the experience more comfortable.

I have done thorough research about various clinics and I narrowed it down to the top (based on price, interaction with their staff, genuine reviews, and the technique used for the hair transplant). I chose Haista because they had great reviews and the interaction with the team was great. They also used two techniques for different areas (FUE Sapphire and DHI Direct). I knew other clinics were basically charging more for the same treatment perhaps performed by the same medical team.

I highly recommend Haista! I still have five months to see the full results but already at month 7, I am delighted. I would definitely use their services again if needed.

A few days ago I went to the HAISTA clinic to have a hair transplant. it was a nice experience, everyone treated me nicely and the doctors did their job perfectly . in the end the operation went well. the only problem I had was when paying, I asked if I could pay by card and they said yes, but when I got there and tried to pay by card, the transaction failed. Tried paying with 4/5 different cards but finally got through. I was also charged a 10% commission because I paid by card. it is best to have money with you. otherwise additional costs may occur. the transport from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was punctual. everything went well except i was upset because i was charged extra for that commission.

Back last week after 8 nights..
I got venners, my partner got crowns & hair transplant. From the airport pick up, they continuously kept us in contact with WhatsApp with taxi pick ups & times, Helin dealt with our WhatsApp, with booking treatments and once we got home we got aftercare messages.
We felt very safe, trusted, cleanliness, friendliness, all staff made everyone in that clinic feel at ease...our dentists knew exactly what suited our mouth, style & smile in our consultation. Once you arrive at clinic they are waiting on you, that clinic time slot is soley focused on you, and you will not be rushed, as they don't over booked, they take breaks inbetween your treatment, to give you rest and themselves. You will not be disappointed in this clinic!!

I had my hair transplant done with Haista Clinic. I was very pleased with their customer service, the procedure itself, as well as the after care, which I have received so far. They have been very helpful with the guidance provided to me. I would certainly recommend them.

Service is good. Operation went well, but I feel they could have given more information about the procedure when met face to face. Specially there was no doctor visit after the procedure. I was given different instructions by the translator and then the aftercare team. Having said this the aftercare team is very helpful and fast in answering questions. Overall I would recommend them for Hair transplant.

The best service you can get i was bit skeptical at first but from transportation to accomodation and surgery went really well.l went from UK in March 2023 and now May 2024 they are still in touch with me and My hair turns out to be amazing.

Everything been perfect from the beginning to the end. I miss a fly the still pick me up on time to the airport… They explains me everything they still replying to me really fast after 6months. I recommend Haista clinic to everyone

okay so give you a picture of this place.

1. The translator was juggling multiple tasks in different rooms and not available for assessing beard lines (in and out room) . I witnessed what appeared to be poor coordination between staff and management regarding clients.

2. Female manager came in and did not speak English and changed the lines drawn by the technicians. with no translator available. Technicians were given word to begin work immediately. Translator came back in expressed concern over the lines to me prior to leaving. He said he had an argument with the manager about the situation

3. Had to spend a lot of money for a sudden return flight to Turkey as I was annoyed by the lack of symmetry which my family members are hadcommented on. Causing me to be shamed.

5. on last trip, time not accounted for flight properly not enough time left for after treatment. the washing after process and waiting around was long and wasteful. Driver did his best but far too late. Flight missed.

6. Was assured the hairs will grow in the spaces I was concerned about (on the new beard lines) and told all grafts were there. I also was unhappy how fake the one side looked as it did not match the style of the original side that looked natural. this new side had the outer line drawn first in a very detailed way and then a hollow line behind with incorrect spacing. This suggested the technicians were not being careful with hair placement or counting hairs well as once again they were playing loud music laughing and joking. This made me concerned at the time.

6. Expressed in review how I am unhappy with outcome due to negligence and very avoidable things. Money spent not only on return flights at 400£ for a round trip but also spent alot on shampoos serums and tablets which amounted to over 560£.

I attempted to claim some money back for this shoddy service and was told was blame was on me for being dissatisfied.

The experience was outstanding. I am more than satisfied with my hair growth and the support I have received. I would highly recommend this to anyone wants to do a hair transplant.
