Haizol is an amazing option if you want to order a prototype fast. This is way easier than what I did before: E-Mailing some manufacturers from Alibaba. Communication is fast, and the people from Haizol are very friendly. I can highly recommend Haizol.

Excellent service and valuable process. RFQ's can get posted same day. Suppliers are competitive and offer prompt quotations and delivery. Account representatives are also available for assistance when needed.

The Haizol experience has been nothing but good. Communication, the web experience, and the number of suppliers is very good. I used to deal with Alibaba, but now they look very difficult in comparison to Haizol.
The supplier prices are good.

The service is good, my account manager Mr. Guiral is very reactive for my demands and helps me with all my sourcing needs.
The only thing that miss would be, when we receive quotes, to see some informations about the company : if it does competitive prices, and to see feedbacks from the customers for each company.

This was my first time using the service and it most certainly won't be my last. Not only was it very easy to use, but I also had my personal account manager, William Guiral, on hand to assist with any queries. William has been a huge help in getting me set up on the platform and the regular phone call updates give me great peace of mind. Not only that but he is also extremely fast to reply to my queries and has contacted suppliers on my behalf to confirm delivery.

When our supplier discontinued a part we'd been using for decades, we needed to find a replacement. A quick search myself didnt yield what I was looking for, and frankly, I didnt have time to spend researching. William at Haizol took the information and in less than 24 hours, we had multiple quotes for the part we needed. And he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. It was honestly more than I was expecting and I was very happy with the experience.
