I used halalbookings.com for accommodation to visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The process was really simple and quick. Appreciated the full refund option with world politics as they are, but didn't need... See more

Horrible
Horrible, unprofessional, inefficient, unavailable, remote, impersonal. Ridiculous to have to use a company that operates from the other side of the world and it’s impossible to get in touch with.

Lovely site
Great Prices and Unique Halal-Friendly Features
I've been using Halalbooking.com for nearly two years and it’s one of the best platforms for finding great hotel prices. What makes it stand out are its unique features, such as alcohol-free property and room options, halal food filters, and a great points system that helps you save on future bookings. I also appreciate that it automatically requests the removal of alcohol from the room by default. A transparent and reliable service. Highly recommended!

Tailored for muslims, user-friendly and thrustworthy
Tailored for the muslims and their requirements and user-friendly website providing all required information. Thrustworthy service that allowed booking, payment and access to the hotels without any issue.
Note about the reviews on the site:
some user reviews are unfair with negative feedback. If you select the cheaper options, don't expect premium service or products.

Innovative travel booking app for muslims
This company is taking a new approach in travelling and hotel bookings by making it much more accessible to conscious muslim travellers, offering great deals, offers and advantages for clients (including their rewards programme) - definitely recommend!
Competitive cheaper deal
I found HalalBooking to offer very competitive prices — in fact, cheaper than Booking.com and Trivago for the same stay. What mattered even more was the trust and peace of mind that everything listed is genuinely halal‑friendly. Knowing that the accommodation meets Islamic requirements made the whole experience stress‑free and allowed us to book with full confidence.

There was a pool but we didn't use it.
The staff were Friendly welcoming.
There's a garden at the back of the street that leads you to the beach and town.
Elite service — highly recommended
Exceptional premium experience with outstanding professionalism. Everything was perfectly organized with high attention to detail. The service quality exceeded my expectations, and I felt truly valued as a client.
I booked a Classic Room
I booked a Classic Room – No View through HalalBooking at Pullman Zamzam Madinah.
“No View” does not mean “no natural daylight.” The room I received had virtually no daylight at all. At 12:00 noon, the room was dark unless artificial lights were turned on. I have photo and video evidence of this.
At no point during booking was it clearly disclosed that the room could face an enclosed internal shaft with almost no daylight. If this had been transparently presented, I would not have selected this category.
Despite providing visual evidence, HalalBooking continued to rely only on category wording and declined any compensation.
This review is not about the hotel staff, but about how the room was presented on the booking platform. Transparency in room descriptions is essential so customers can make informed decisions.

Halal restaurants - please,please,please
It would be great if you could provide Halal restaurants in certain attractive cities. For example, we had hard time finding a dinner place that had halal certificate in Montenegro (Kotor, Budva).
