Great products, perfect gift giving experience for those not familiar with Halal requirements

Disappointed in the range of Halel specific gift baskets.
Customer service in tracking parcel was good.

Price & Delivery
The look of the Packet seem premium on the screen. Not sure actual package as I ordered it as a gift. So cannot comment on the actual product.
The delivery fee is surprisingly too expensive from MEL-SYD. And way too long. Overall, not very satisfy. Being working in the freight industry, I can say this is not very good service.
The good part is 'customer service'. Very quick response on my enquire related to delivery.

Thank you for taking the time for giving us feedback. We are disappointed to see that you are not happy with the delivery length and fee. As it was delivered by third party courier, Sendle, the delivery time is beyond our control. As previously discussed on our email exchange, unfortunately with current Covid-19 restrictions, there is delay across all transport network. The delivery timeframe 1-2 business days to Sydney on checkout was set up automatically by the shipping company.
We have checked that your order was made on Tuesday 14 September morning. As listed in our shipping policy, we can only ship out the next business day as cut-off time is the end of the previous business day. The hamper was delivered on Monday 20 September, so it was delivered in 4 business days. The delivery fee was also set up by Sendle for $12.78 for 4kgs hamper, which is very reasonable. If it was done with Australia Post, it would have cost $19.20 and take longer times to deliver. We always endeavour to find the best shipping rate for our customers.
