Do not waste your money. Meat is supposed to arrive frozen - I got mine semi defrosted and covered in slime from leaking bags of chicken. Refreezing meat is fine - but refreezing meat defrosted in a cardboard box at the back of a van when it's 30 degrees outside is not fit for consumption.

I called and emailed straight away with my issue. I included pictures and videos of the meat and made a list of all the meat I had to throw out.

Remember - this is supposed to be a halal service. Halal goes beyond killing the animal. It's also in the way they conduct themselves and their business.

They gave me back 15% of what the owe me despite the issues. By Allah I will recover every penny of the other 85% on the day of judgment.

I wish I could include pictures of the products and share the email chain since typing this out feels unbelievable. Their excuse for not refunding - no one else complained. We received our order late in the evening and it was packed before 10am.

Order did not arrive on time. The delivery guy saying i was not home but i was all time waiting. They did not knock the door even. Now i don't know the status of the food, will it be ruined and when it will be delivered. Never again!. I will be order from Kaddour and pick it myself from the shop. It is even way cheaper that this site.

Meat is delicious and tender.
I also like that they are shipped unfrozen to keep them fresh. Keep up the quality 👍
