Once often, twice shy!!

This is the first time I have ordered from Halara and they were delivered today. Bearing previous reviews in mind, I ordered a Size 12/14 pair of jeans. I am very disappointed with the quality of the material and the sizing is way off (I normally take a UK size 12). I can’t wear these jeans and I’m not prepared to go through the refund rigmarole. I won’t be buying from Halara again.

Ordered pants in a medium

Ordered pants in a medium. Typically I wear size8-10.. pants were tighter than I'd like. Best to order up! Returning is almost impossible and you pay to return, plus they deduct the shipping cost from the original purchase. I did like the stretch in the pants just need a different size but not an easy process returning and you will not recover all of your money so buyer beware!!!!

Scammers to the max
There website looks creative and amazing they do not however they do not deliver to the same standard of service they do not respond to customers about delays orders and then don’t deliver I have contacted them after making two orders within days and that was in October and still have nothing !!! Spent over £400 and got nothing but upset and disappointment that now have had to report to my bank to at least get my money back -DO NOT SUCCUMB TK THE GLOSSY ADS THERE SCAMMERS PEOPLE

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous, never but these products
Leggings after a few wears come apart. Jeans smell horrendous and make you and your house smell of moth balls.
They say they will give you a refund back and they never do.
Worst customer service experience! And their clothes are so badly made why would I expect anything else.

have reported this company to the Hong Kong Consumer Council, and I requested that all communication be handled through them only. Despite this, the company ignored my instructions and contacted me directly again.

What shocked me even more is that they told me they would fine, reprimand, and retrain a customer service employee because of my complaint. I want to state publicly that I absolutely do not consent to any staff member being punished on my behalf. It is completely unacceptable for a company to shift responsibility onto an employee instead of addressing the issues with their own systems and processes.

I simply asked for my order problem to be resolved — not for anyone to be penalised. Their decision to handle it this way has left me horrified and deeply uncomfortable.

This experience has been unprofessional, distressing, and far below what any customer should expect. Pending the Consumer Council’s involvement, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Dishonest company

Lovely jeans but just a shame they come from a dishonest company. When going on the website a game pops up where if you spin the wheel you can win a prize. After spinning the wheel it said i won £10 and automatically added to my basket, no choice given. At the time i thought great, but didn't realise that when they added this to the basket it removed the deal of 2 jeans for £59 meaning that by playing this game i endes up paying more. A very sneaky and dishonest thing to do. Shame

Fantastic customer service

I have never had any issues with Halara, I have bought approx 10 pairs of different style trousers they have all been true to size and great quality.
I had an issue of a lost parcel (evri) I contacted Halara and received a full refund the next day.
I have since received the said “lost parcel” and contacted Halara they said “keep the item as a gift”.
Fantastic service …. Well done 👏🏻
I will continue to buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company

Made an order 8 days ago. Not one item has even been shipped yet. I have emailed, live chat, messaged on social media and still no progress. I am so frustrated and disappointed as it was a big order. I don’t seem to even be able to cancel the order as the generic replies just say ‘thankyou for your patience’- I will never buy from Halara again.

I only wish I could minus the stars! Ordered 3 pairs of jeans. One has come apart/torn apart at the rear seam after 4 wears and they refuse to refund me anything even after sending all the photos of the jeans where it is clear to see the fault is at the seam. I’ve to and fro-ed about 20 times and I get a generic message back each time. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE! Customer service is DREADFUL.
(The jeans are also really short and shallow too)

If could leave no starts I would! Order took ages to arrive with large additional.shipping costs to advertised price. Didn't fit. Customer service appalling. Requested refund and zero response. Many emails and the best they offered was a £3 refund!! DO NOT USE

Fake Halara
I received the wrong colour and NOT the original Halara leggings! VERY poor quality! I soon worked out that they are a fake company trading under the same and wrote emails demanding a refund. I received the same responses as many of the other reviewers on here!Now the emails are just bouncing back.
BEWARE, there is the real Halara and probably more than one fake company!!

Not honouring their own offers

They offered a £100 credit note if I would install the halara app.
I installed it, but no credit notes were attached. I complained, and then start delay emails, more evidence needed (it was on original msg), screenshot needed. Finally, after emails and 72 hours later its "take it or leave it". Either credit the promised amount, or lose a customer. Then I got an offer for £10. Not the £100 they promised.
Its misleading customers, it's not being honest. I didn't ask tor £100 credit note in the first plsce, but they offered. And then don't deliver.
Avoid these sscammers.I will never buy ftom Halara again.

Quite concerned by the poor practices…

Quite concerned by the poor practices this company operate. I had an issue with an order and contacted them. They sent a generic automated reply about not giving refunds but if you want to discuss further to reply to the email. Replied and got a bounce back so tried sending again to the original email I got a response. Again got a bounce back, as if they'd blocked my email address? Sounds like a scam to me.

I’d prefer to give no stars . Did not receive my order then every day they bombard you with ridiculous emails .. one will say ‘ there is a big delay ‘ and then one on the same day ‘ good news , you’ve received your item ! .DO NOT use this company . I’d used PayPal so I reported it and they refunded me .

Halara uk! These are very tight in the waist and super long! I’ve been trying to return and won’t let me! The email for service doesn’t work! Very frustrating and done on purpose, hence the
“give up”button, want your money and offers gift card for return thats if you actually get a returns address which it won’t give you! Got a splitting headache now!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
