Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Ordered a bed, once ordered they advised they could only deliver in my area on two days a week. Arranged annual leave as both days are working days. Delivery was confirmed the day before with them providing a delivery slot between 9:51 and 3:21. Waited in all fay for them to contact me at 2:50 to advise they wouldn't be delivering my order and would deliver on Monday. I advised I wad working the Monday and there would no one available, they then ignored this and sent an email advising that if i was not available they would charge me.
I emailed again yo advise I wouldn’t be in, and gave them delivery dates I could be available for, they did not respond until the next day and continued to insist on delivering on dates i am unavailable, I have asked them to cancel the order several times now which they are ignoring and just keep repeating the same delivery dates. Id advise you to avoid at all costs!
