I had a new central heating system fitted yesterday. All of the workers were very pleasant and were very professional. Arrived on time and worked throughout to get job done. Respected our property throughout and cleaned up every step of the way.
Young lad attended with an apprentice.
Both were kind, considerate, well mannered, respectful of myself and my home.
Due to the way they were with myself I have asked for the same person to attend further jobs as I trust the engineer to be in my home.
As a former retail manager I can say I was very impressed with the customer service I received and would wholeheartedly employ him myself. He is a credit to this company.

Lovely group of guys came to fit us a complete new hearing system In Kevin Ricky and Paul were absolutely brilliant explained everything that had happened how everything would work ect left my house clean and tidy great chatty guys thank you very much
Excellent service friendly engineers completed my full heating swap in a day replaced all the radiators for new and the boiler, left the house clean and tidy and were very respectful. Also the dog loved them 😁

Was really worried about workmen spending the day in my home due to fleeing dv and having bad mental health . I stayed in one room the whole time whilst multiple people came in and out. To make matters worse I went to turn my pc on to find it had been completely smashed with what I believe was a radiator. I tried to inform the company of the sentimental value as well of the fact the workers had no decency to inform me of it happening but honestly the company didn't seem to care. I'd avoid this company if you're vonrable as the workmen seem to take advantage.
Admittedly the woman who came to see if I needed new radiators was lovely to both me and my mum so it's a shame the workmen are so unprofessional.

As you are aware this matter is currently under investigation and has also been passed to your landlord too, the complaint was only received Sunday evening 11pm whilst the install took place Thursday.
We take all complaints seriously and pride our selves in the quality and professionalism of our service and staff and do will ensure this is looked into fully as staff are advised not to move any items during a heating installation as this is the customer’s responsibility.
Had you made us aware of your concerns at our initial visit we would have made arrangements for someone from Ongo homes to attend on the day of the install.
We are currently reviewing our photos and footage of your smashed pc screen and also the picture you’ve sent, we will of course get back to you in line with our complaints process.
A lovely bunch of guys who came to install my boiler and radiators. Professional in every way. Also the care and respect they showed to my home was truly appreciated. Thank you

As one of the residents at Alexandra Court I would personally like to say a big thank you to the chaps and everything they do for us.
Nothing is too much trouble they are out as soon as any of the residents phone in keeping us all safe. Trusted and friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful.
Would definitely recommend this team they’re brilliant after being let down by several local no shows they can out when they said they would popped off got parts came back fixed it within the space of a couple of hours, reasonably priced to. Will be using them from now on 100%

Had a new boiler through this company the guy that came out to quote was brilliant really knew his stuff and was extremely helpful. Received my quote through very quickly online and accepted it online had a call within hours to get it booked in. Top quality job have already recommended to my sister and would definitely recommend to others

Just had my boiler serviced, 2year old Worcester which was also fitted by hales + coultas.. only too find we’ve been left with NO central heating.. there’s no out of hours help so hopefully the weekend isn’t too cold.. I think it’ll be a easy fix as the engineer has left the filling loop on and not opened the water taps on the magnet thing!! But I’m no plumber

Thank you for your feedback, the engineer attended on Monday and has now turned the water valves back on, sorry for the inconvenience this caused but happy that it has now been resolved.
Unfortunately at the moment we don't operate an out of hours service it is something we are looking into. We do try to be responsive and arrange for an engineer to attend next working day, we do however appreciate the feedback as it helps us to continue to improve services for our customers.
