When I received my item
When I received my item, it was clearly a previously returned item, as the tab to open it with was all bent. This was to be a gift, and as clearly second hand looking is no longer suitable.

Arrived on time
Item arrived on time despite Christmas and Covid. Packaged well and just as advertised. I did think the item was a little pricey but I knew that when I ordered so have no complaints of the company itself, their Customer Service was as it said it would be. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
