American Legion let down
I am the Commander of an American Legion Post and normally work with a banner company locally. The owner of that business is retiring and referred me to Half Price Banners. I reached out both online and telephonically to order two banners for a Family Day event on April 25th. I spoke to a guy named Anthony more than a week out and explained my situation and even approved the proof while we talked on the phone. I called back today and spoke with him again. He promised me a call back in ten minutes that never happened, now the phone lines are too busy to take my call. When I visited the website to inquire about a refund, the number list for that department is out of service. Now I understand why their name is Half Price Banners!
