Never got the device ordered

We ordered the device, didn’t get it. Contacted Halipax, was told that they would look into why the device was never received and send another in the meantime. This was months ago, still no device.

Our records and your USPS tracking details shows that your order of Hypertrax was delivered on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.

If you believe that your order was never delivered, you could have reached out to us via phone, email or online live chat and let us know to resolve the issue.

However we recieved no inquiries from you since the order was delivered on January 25, 2022.

Don't care if you get the item or not.

The package never came to my residence even though UPS said it was delivered. I told the company and was told it was not their problem and that I needed to file a claim with the UPS since they did not work there. No empathy after paying for an item over $100.

The product was not for I bought for

I bought the watch as advised for my mom.I wrote them e mail if it will work for copd they said YES. After those months it didn't change the situation. That's when I wrote again guess what the copd was not on their list. Don't trust any thing they say.it might work for BP and Diabetes but not for everything.What a waste of my money.
