Not for SMEs/start-ups

Operate an incomprehensible billing system whereby invoices don't tie up with contractually agreed fees; got very nasty with our company when we asked for a written explanation reconciling the two, threatening to take us to court if we didn't pay up. They guarantee to respond to all requests within 24 hours but ignored us for almost 4 months when we asked for our records back. Maybe OK if you're a big corporate with clout, but consider going elsewhere if you're small.
