I got my 300.00 bonus for signing up and I was doing good had it up to over 400. then my phone started acting up and I got booted out of the casino when I went to sign back in all my money was gone I contacted CS and they said I had played it all on a game I never even played. Its been 3 days now and nothing from support . No one has answered me . Beware I think this casino is a scam!

I won 5200...withdraw limit is 2000...so I withdrew 2000 only to be told because I had over $5 on my account they could not honor it...they won't email me back for explanation
.and they sure didn't credit my account back 2000 either...since ive been on that site..i have tried to make several withdrawals..only to be denied

I won $16,000. After sending all of the requested documents, they would not respond to my emails. Finally I spoke with someone and they told me that I don't qualify for a withdrawal because my birthday listed didn't match my ID. So because of a 1 digit typo, they won't pay me!!! Said they would correct it and redeposit my money and I could play again then maybe cash out. I'm so angry!!! How can I get my money????

Played for a few hours on roulette was going to make a 1000 dollar withdraw they told me I can’t because roulette does not pay out.. (you can’t make this crap up) then I said well if I play another game can I cash those winnings out they said I can only cash out if I deposit more and to make sure my bank balance was around 5 dollars at that time I had 1000 so they basically said lose all your winnings and put more money in. I wouldn’t recommend anyone To sign up At Hallmark casino Because they asked for my information to get my money but not once did they ask for information to take my money so anyone can use my card. but because I won $2500 they would not give it to me because I had made an account forgot the password so I made another one put money into the casino hit for $2500 and I couldn’t get it because I had two accounts. I explain this to the people and they still would not give me my winnings but ask me for copy of drivers license copy of the card that was used an a bill with my name on it to verify my address. “Now that was to get my money.” but whenever I was spending money which by the way could’ve been anyone using my card. they not once asked for information. just took the money no questions asked. And to top it all call customer service. And explain to him why the second account with me he proceeds to tell me. That he could Delete the other account and I can start over using the account that I had made. And if I deposit more money into the account that he would give me a bonus plus free spins. Now this is without asking any other information once again. I could’ve been anyone using my card. But would not give me my winnings that I had won. Won $1,600 and was told I couldn't get the withdraw becouse I had put the wrong birth year when I first signed up . And they would not let me edit the birth year but would let me edit the address that wasn't wrong , the birth month that wasn't wrong , but would not let me edit the wrong birth year ! Said the only way I could edit the birth year was for them to take the money $1,600 put me at a $0 balance then they would edit the birth year.... That's is dead wrong for them to do people as they have done to me. As an online casino you would think HALLMARK CASINO would be trying to help the players and keep them as players. But instead your casino is ripping people off by doing as y'all have done . My balance is still $1,680 yet I can't touch it , but your casino would still let me add money to the account if I would be stupid enough to do so and yet it would have the wrong birth year. So you receive a sign up bonuse but God forbid you win anything off of it and try to clame it after waiting a month you call to see whats up and you get treated like your stupid and yelled at. Then after ten minutes on hold asking for a manager (of course he clames he is) he continues to go off and you can't even understand a word coming out of his mouth cuz he doesn't know english. He proceeds to tell you that you haven't made a deposit so you don't get any pay outs. Why am I going to make a deposit when you don't even send me the money I won already. I have made 4 withdrawals (good sign) for roughly 1500usd. The first and 2nd withdrawals were really frustrating. The 3rd, slightly better experience and slightly better communication but still some issues...such as, wire transfer didn't work so it delayed things. Waiting since August 2020 for my payout. I won over 7,000.00 and was told I could only withdraw 2000.00 at one time . So I requested the withdrawal and it was approved. After that I was informed that I needed to send a selfie with credit card I used. picture of my id.
I did that. after that I was emailed and asked for my bitcoin wallet address. I opened an account with Cash app and send them my wallet address. Hallmark wanted me to go with Coinbase , I did that and no one will return my calls , because they never answer the phone. I get disconnected with live chat. I am so suspicious of what they ask for , like the front and back of the credit card. When I deposited it took seconds to do those transactions. They didn't ask for picture of front and back of the card I used. Finally I have a form to fill out and we will see what happens then. I will fill out the form and wait to see what the outcome will be , before I contact the appropriate federal agency that will deal with these people.

If I could do a below one star I would do so.
I won $1000 and have been trying to get paid out for over three months this place is a scam scam scam scam.
I have given them more than enough documentation to prove my identity and they still have failed to pay me out don’t play at this place they are dishonest and they ripping people off read the rest of the reviews and you will see they are not honest they will rip you off scam scam scam.
Legal advice tells me they have a horrible reputation with stealing identities be aware do not give them your personal information more than once or you will be scammed as I have been.

I’m with the idea of a CLASS ACTION SUIT. I just inquired about making a withdrawal and then they are refusing me. I’ve done the playthrough and I’m owed over $600 and they won’t pay. It’s not fair and this is a bunch of baloney. I’ve made several deposits and they are basically stealing, using false advertising, and breaking other laws I’m sure. I can’t let this go. i recently dep. 100.00 to Hallmark casino, with a bonus ..played all they way thru ...tried to cash out...first asked for my license , and a elec. bill. sent those...2 weeks later same thing saying they never rec'd sent again , Now they are refusing to pay by check , they say I have to use bitcoin...I have called 5 big name banks and all stated the same thing...bitcoin is not accepted by any bank in the US now they say they do not send checks ??? I have been playing with Hallmark and I will never deposit any money again. I deposited $35 with a bonus offer of $175 I played it through up and down for a couple of days and eventually I built it up and hit a huge jackpot for over $12,000.00. I contacted them and ask what can i withdraw they told me 10x the amount of my deposit which was only $350.00 I said are you serious and what would happen to the balance they told me it would be forfeited. I would have to start over again. In order to redeem that amount of money I would had to deposit $12 hundred and that's crazy. I believe that's a bunch of bull I also think they maybe claiming peoples winnings as their own. Hi i normally never place bad reviews on companies and normally will shrug it off. Not this time i am going to tell everyone i can you steer clear of Hallmark casino.

There is 4 casinos i put a lot of money into monthly. Because i have serious issues I hardly ever withdrawl lol. The few times i have from Casinos it has never been a problem.

Ever since i stopped playing the free chip tour and i actually started depositing into the select few that i do, i have played by the rules. I make sure I don't bet over the max that i am allowed, I play the play-through that is required and much more, and i barely ever use free chips. As nothing seems to be free with the free chips and usually takes more time and energy than the withdrawl amount and hassle are worth.

So my last deposit at Hallmark was only 30. I got my balance up to 5k. It wasn't just a big win i gambled for many hours up and down. A few days later i tried to withdrawl $2,000 and noticed they only had a cheque option so i decided to start a chat after i submitted and see if there was another way to receive the payout. I spoke with a very rude rep named Ray. I gave him my email and username jekka1000 and asked my question. He responds by condescendingly asking which account am i talking about and listed 3 usernames including the I use, the one that i have been playing with for years . He said there was four but i only got 3 usernames he listed.

I only remember the first username i created across casinos and that was the jesse54321 account. I used that account several years ago. It was the first one i created but I don't believe i ever deposited in it. I created jekka1000 when I started playing for real money and realized I no longer had the email account attached to the jesse54321. So I guess i shouldn't have created a new account, but i guess i just didn't see the issue because I never deposited or requested any withdrawal from the first one.

I explained this to Ray but he was very quick to say that basically i am not going to even get a dollar from them because of the multiple accounts, even though I have done everything else right. I believe i am due the money I won and that this is a poor business practice. i guess in the T's and c's it says i shouldn't have multiple accounts, but also in the Terms and conditions it says that if multiple accounts are opened they will close it right away and also they will immediately refund the money i deposited into this account (the only one i use).

When I told Ray he laughed and thought i was an idiot even suggesting that that i was due my winnings and if not they should at least give me all my money i deposited back. So my error that i had another account that i didn't really ever use but my complaint besides them not paying me what i won is why did they ever even accept my many, many deposits if they never were going to honor a withdrawl. Furthermore, it took good ole' Ray a total of 30 seconds to decline my withdrawl claiming i had multiple accounts.

Why isn't this check done during on boarding or perhaps before they accept a deposit, or maybe during another chat with their customer service. i am very frustrated about this. Normally i will not complain but i truly believe they just don't want to pay. i don't know what to do. 3 casinos i play at have never acted like this and have always been good customer service reps and not condescending and rude. I have the chat transcript, screenshots of all my deposits, and bonuses used either w/deposit or the few no deposit chips i used. If anyone wants to see these let me know. My goal is to make sure no one else gets ripped off by them.

I am going to the authorities over them not paying me my $2000.00 winnings. I have also hired an attorney. I say we do a class action suit and sue these people. Anyone interested? I paid over two thousand in the past 3 weeks just in deposits and the man actually laughed at me today when I got upset over what they have refused to do to help.Oh, they offered to put 40 dollars in my playable account with a bonus and laughed again.
