I've had two conversations with Sebastian Valencia Zuniga, and he has been incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate his eagerness to assist, his attentive listening, and the thoughtful solutions he provided. My inquiry was about purchasing solar panels from the previous owner of the house I recently bought. He took the time to explain different scenarios in detail, dedicating over 30 minutes to each call.

2 summers without service
2 years using the solar panels, 2 times in the middle of the summer the system stop to work, last summer 4 months to get fixed and now already 2 months waiting without hope. Is no sense have solar panels with this company if you can’t get 4 months of sun.
Very disappointing.
