Great product, unfortunately the process took nearly two weeks longer to complete than advised and poor communication.

Great product, would have given a 5 but unlike other reviews, the customer service was pretty much non existent. Brooke was good at responding but from the day of placing the order.. there was no order confirmation and I had to chase them all the way for updates and to the product being delivered.

The company was helpful with pre advice and the product looks super. It was delivered on time. Delighted

Waited a while to post this to see how the product held up, it has not disappointed! Still looks as it did when we received it in August, it’s now nearly December. Nearly all our visitors comment on it and we’re really pleased with how well it finishes our kitchen off. Customer advice by phone before placing the order also very friendly and helpful.

Lovely product - really pleased with the quality & how unique it is. Reasonable price & arrived well packaged/protected.
Was unhappy with the time taken to deliver the splashback though - I needed it by a particular date, which was agreed before I placed my order, but it still didn't arrive by the date needed, so I now have to wait a long while before I can get it fitted.
