Halo wearing it with a smile. As a Motability customer, I need my car regularly, after a vehicle struck my car I was at a loss, but Halo came to the rescue and repaired the damage. It is a first class repair and I am extremely happy with the work carried out and the guarantee provided. Halo will forever be on top of my list. And their staff are excellent too.

Kept me updated throughout the whole process letting me know what was happening at every stage of the repairs I had done! On time with delivery of my car once it was ready!

Throughout the process Halo was efficient,professional and friendly. Julia kept me informed at every stage and my car was picked up and returned exactly as planned. Alan and his staff are impressive. The repair was very well done and my car looks great.

Great service, got the job done quick and properly. They came and picked up and dropped the car back, and cleaned it. Good communication, from tracking the pick up and drop off to daily updates on the progress. Polite and professional staff, especially Ramish who picked the car up and Bansi who dropped it off himself so I didn’t miss the kids pickup and also called every day to let me know how the car was doing and was very cheerful and polite.

They kept me infomed every step of the way .Staff were really friendly .

I was kept informed of the work being done and its progress at frequent intervals. On the day the repairs were complete I was at a funeral and so the car was returned to my home ready for when I got back. The repairs (bonnet, radiator grill, badge, front bumper) were all completed to a very high standard and made the car look like new. Thanks for a great job.

Halo is amazing. After assessing the damage to my car via the pictures that was sent to them, they picked up my car at the start of the week to have a closer inspection, and I was given daily updates on the progression of the repair. The process to repair my car was so swift, less than week. This was the best customer service that I have ever received from Mital, he and Ramish are a big asset to that company. Halo are very fortunate to have people like that working for them. First rate company

Great communication , professional throughout and kept me up to date

The staffs provide me very quick response, they picked up my car on Friday PM, fix it and returned to me on Monday PM. My car look like a new one if I didn't tell you have accident before. I'm very much appreciated the driver man " Lewis " and his colleague team. He & they did a very good job.

Generally great. Staff very polite and communication excellent. Great job on car.
Only negative was I specified a small manual courtesy car and they arrived with a largish automatic . This messed up schedule for work but they were understanding.
