My experience with Halo Recruiting has been very smooth and positive from the recruitment stage up to onboarding. The entire process was well managed, organized, and supportive, which made my transition into a new role much easier and more comfortable.

Applied on their job posting. After completing the 2nd interview with their senior recruiter. They ghosted me. The recruiter hinted they would make a decision in a few days. But more than a week has passed. Complete silence. Any feedback would have been better than no updates at all. And it’s not just about not getting the job.
