Very timely delivery and I was positevely surprised that they did all the customs handling from the dealer side so no surprise costs even when I ordered to EU

Product received faulty.
Took Halo three weeks from having it returned them to replace some bearings and send it back.
Communication was late throughout.
I feel they think it is my fault the bearings they had supplied were faulty out the box.
Out of pocket for the return postage.

Tyres arrived as expected and set-up tubeless just fine.

Quick and easy, i thing bad about it is a lot of stuff is not avalible, but some stuff are on a discount witch is very helpful with money

Halo talked me through a complex installation of a free hub driver and gave me some excellent advice and let me know how the parts should be arranged so that it’s safe and moving smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the after sales care I received, and I'm finally back on the road.

The wheels came in absolutely no time and the front endcap adapters were very easy to find took me a matter of seconds as they show the accessories that work with the wheels on the page you buy wheels from. Well built wheels, very sturdy and look the piece. brilliant company and will be go to every time

The jury is still out. Are they durable? I don't know... Are they worth the money? I don't know. These burgeoning requests for reviews every time one buys something is a inappropriate pain, as far as I am concerned. Sellers need to understand contemporary and mind numbing request for feedback is plain stupid and they will suffer the consequences of irritated customers like me who just want to be left alone.

Found a crack in my wheel just before a 2 week trip. Ordered a new Halo wheel and asked that they send it out asap or let me know if that wasn’t possible. They emailed straight away and said the6 would make sure I got the wheel. Wheel arrived as promised… trip saved :-)
