Two weeks on and NO DELIVERY, NO UPDATES

I placed an order on the afternoon of 29th August. On the same day I received a World Pay transaction confirmation as well as an e mail from Hambleden Herbs saying "Just to let you know — we’ve received your order, and it is now being processed.
Under "Delivery times" on their website it says "Delivery times are normally 3 to 7 days for the UK."
So I was surprised on 3rd September (5 days later) to receive an e mail saying "We have finished processing your order.Here’s a reminder of what you’ve ordered: ..... " but I thought well, at least it is on it's way. Today is Saturday 13th September (11.35pm so no more deliveries today) and the order has still not been received.
Seems to be a similiar experience to the reviewer below ..... I have just e mailed the two e mail addresses (NB to anyone else the e mail address in the terms & conditions is different from the one their original e mail said to use for help with order.) and I have asked for a refund ......

Poor service

Poor service

I have placed an order on Christmas Day 2024. Just received the email of Successful Transaction from worldpay.com on the same day.

However I haven’t received any Order Confirmation email from Hambledon. And also I still haven’t received my ordered products today (7 Jan 2025). Ridiculously, I found my order marked as “Completed” in my Account on their website.

I have left the message in their website and send emails to two different email address of Hambledon since yesterday and no reply at all.
