GANGSTERS DO NOT ALLOW THEM IN YOUR HOME 🚫🚫
My elderly parents in their 70s had an engineer from this scandless company out on 6th Feb for a gas boiler service. The engineer looked at the boiler for all of 2min and said to my father the burner is away in the boiler and there's scorch marks in his boiler and showed my father photos on his phone, the boiler is in my parent attic so hard for them to get access to it. To replace the burner would cost £600 but due to it being 12yrs old he would advise a boiler replacement and would contact my father with a price.
My father was surprised as its Bosch boiler good make and should get a bit longer out of it so he got a second opinion.
Well a very honest gas engineer came out on Fri 13th Feb and advised there is absolutely nothing wrong with my parents boiler and it was in PRISTINE condition. He did a full service and there was absolutely nothing needed done to it and that boiler should last another good 5 yrs.
So this company is going around ripping vulnerable people off with lies. Please do not allow this company to cross your door absolute shameless behaviour hang your heads in shame.

I am a Housing Executive tenant and a job was arranged with the h.exe and this company for a leak coming through my living room ceiling.

Disgusted is an understatement with the disrespect in the way two engineers from H&A Group treated my home.

These engineers left my bathroom floor, spare room floor, landing area, stairs, front hall area and outside my property in a complete filthy mess with not even having to decency to even attempt to clean their mess up after them or to even tell me what mess that they had left for me to clean up before leaving my home.

My bathroom sink was left black with dirt and outside my property was left with dirty smelly water after draining the water system.

The main concern for this company is that their engineers had not only taken a bathroom towel from my bathroom but also decided to go directly into my boiler room and take four other bathroom towels (including one which had been a gift in which I had for over 15 years) without my permission and left my home with all 5 towels in their possession. I only realised this when I required a towel later that afternoon.

A complete botched cowboy job and also thieves from this company. I honestly don't know how the Housing Executive has awarded a contract to H&A Group.

I wonder if they'd like to have this disgust carried out in their home(s)...

ZERO STARS NEVERMIND THE ONE!

Arrange for a hot water repair. The company agreed a Time and date and came out that day. They did not wrap the door nor ring the doorbell. I received a "sorry we missed you card". I contacted them and arranged an appointment for the following day and I specifically asked that the doorbell be used as my Mother is hard of hearing. I was told they would be out between 12-5. I personally went at 9.45am to sit with my Mother to wait on the repair men. I went to answer the door to my sister at 3pm and there was another " sorry we missed you card hanging on by the corner as once again not put threw the door so no sound was made.

Great service on time saved me a lot of Money

Booked a boiler service from this mob for this afternoon 1-5pm.
Nobody showed up , Nobody rang.
Absolutely useless.
Leave this set of mongrols well alone.

I have used this company for a number of years. From Day1 their service and attention to detail has been excellent. Any problems or issues are normally sorted very quickly. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Cowboys is all I can say they all need more training

Had a slight problem with recently installed gas boiler by the company. Emma at Mallusk arranged a visit by their engineer and he duly arrived after fighting Belfast rush hour traffic. Very friendly and explained how to rectify the problem myself if it happens again. Didn't get his name unfortunately. Thank you.

6 different appointments where they never showed or called! When I rang to ask where they were, all you get is " We will look into this and we will have someone call you back" I'm still waiting for call backs from 2011! Now 10 years later and They STILL NEVER call you back! This is the worst company I've encountered in my 60 years on this earth! They are only around because of whatever backroom deals they made with the government. If they ever tried to stand alone as a regular company they would shut shop in a month! The contract for all housing exec or association should be assessed every few years and offered to the company that BEST served the people. Not the one that gives the biggest kickbacks!(i.e. Firmus) The treatment by the staff at H&A to tenants is disgraceful!

H and A Completed work on behalf of NIHE, heating relocation, left screws sticking out of wood which resulted in injury to 2 year old child. Made aware and not even a apology. Poor workmanship poor quality. Moved insulation in roofspace and took 5+ calls to have relayed, staff verbally abused me in my own home, garden left with dips. Poor service wouldn't recommend to anyone

Put in a gas boiler nov 2020 and received a horrendous gas bill due to failure to fit a non return valve… when they realised their mistake they fixed it. Unfortunately my numerous requests for contribution toward bill has gone unheeded. Extremely poor customer service. I am now about to take legal action. I would welcome an address to this problem…. Take ownership of your mistakes H&A

These guys rate themselves big-time, but beware they are the complete opposite of their glittering website would have you believe... Stay well clear

It doesn't matter what job they do in my housing executive house it is an absolute shambles, doors that dont fit, door frames coming apart, a year to solve guttering, 3 front doors later and still a massive gap that lets in the winter, i cant even decorate properly at the moment as my house is in need of proper professional repair. Sort yourselves out, get proper staff who actually know what they are doing!!

I'd give zero stars if it were an option. I'm still waiting to hear from someone in management to explain why i am waiting 5 weeks to have a door frame measured. H&A like to blame everyone but themselves, I was told they called at my house on 24th April (I was home all day and no one called), they called my landline (I don't have a landline), i asked for a manager to call and explain their incompetence (they shirk responsibility and get the admin to call weeks later).
H&A need to find competent planners and management or they'll just be another facilities company gone down the pan.
