Hidden gem...
We wanted a weekend away and after a quick search we found the Hammock. We reserved a room in a flash and arrived next day greeted by Collin at the front desk. Collin took careful note of our asks and worked to meet them in the best way possible. Collin found us a great room and we started our weekend on a very positive note.
Over the course of the next two days we interacted with several staff members that made our stay very special, from Kyle at the hotel's arrival, to Jacqueline in the lobby/front desk to Gianni at the golf facilities.
At a couple of times we had a couple of items to take care of and once again Collin stepped up and went above and beyond to assist us. We were very happy with his service, and believed that he is the hidden gem in this hotel.
The beach was nice, the golf course superb, and having breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in one place, along with nice guests to meet and chat with made this stay very very pleasant.

The wedding portion of this was top notch, but the resort accommodations were not worth the price tag. Had to get the door worked on twice, key didn't work. They made the bed, but didn't take out the trash, didn't replenish the shampoo etc, gave new towels, but left the dirty ones on the floor. Towels were not soft at all. Food was good, but very pricey. Drinks were also expensive.
