I purchased a cute R13 dress in the website, unfortunately then I found NORSTROM.com went down the price much more for the same dress with all sizes available before I actually received the package from Hampden website. I emailed to ask for price matching, the lady who responded me with no hesitation nor any hard time to me but simply processed to refund the difference to me directly. The package arrived to me on time and the dress fits and looks both nicely. It’s even better the lady updated me they offer free shipping both domestically and internationally outside of states. I will definitely return to shop more.
