We recently tried 3 hampers from HamperGifts and were genuinely impressed by the entire experience. The presentation of these hampers were beautifully designed—every item arranged with care and the hamper wrapped with attention to detail. The quality of the food and drink inside stood out, each product chosen with real thought. And there were some very tasty items in there!! What also caught our eye was the way the package was shipped: the message on the outside added a lovely personal touch, and the package was packed securely for protection—everything arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to order the hamper I preferred. They delivered on the exact date and time I had requested, and communicated well about when the delivery would take place. The items in the hamper were beautifully arranged and exactly as stated on the website. The recipient was very happy with the quality of items.

Very easy to order, and great communication/confirmation. The only small let down was that it wasn’t delivered on the day I’d specifically requested. It came earlier rather than later which was good, but other than that - very pleased with the service!

I have been waiting in anticipation for the golden, multi boxed hamper to arrive so I could take it in to the hospital staff who looked after me post my operation. The hamper arrived today and to our amazement the box was tiny! When we unwrapped it the size of the boxes were 1/3 of what I had expected. You couldn’t have fitted a lot of chocolates in each box. I decided to open the boxes and look at the contents. I was amazed! All the chocolates fitted into one box! There were a few shortbread biscuits, a tiny after 8 box, and a couple of other really cheap and tiny packets. Boxes were stuffed with paper to make them look fuller. I am so embarrassed, no way can I give this to anyone let alone a hospital team of doctors and nurses. I had paid £80 for this hamper, the content would cost me less than £10 to buy. This is a scam. Do not buy. I don’t know how they have so many 5 star reviews. I have taken photos which I will add.

This is the response to your reply as I wasn’t able to respond to you. No one has been in touch and I am really disappointed that you are blatantly lying and misrepresenting. I am unable to upload photos of what I received which was shocking for £80 hamper. The only explanation I can think of for such good reviews is that either these are paid reviews or genuinely people don’t know what their recipients received. Of course people are always grateful to receive gifts but they would have thought the cost was a fraction of what was paid. I would like someone to get in touch with me to resolve my concerns.

The hamper was a birthday gift and the recipient was delighted with the contents. There was a problem with delivery. On two days (12th and 13th) the recipient waited for the delivery and got a "sorry we missed you" message both days. I requested the hamper be left at the front door and the hamper was delivered on 15th.
