I decided to take up my employers Cycle Scheme (GCI) and looked about for a retailer in my area. This was right on my doorstep and on contacting the shop they were very helpful and responsive. I went in for a test ride and the bike sold itself. Ed was communicative at all stages of the purchase and pick-up. I have had the bike for 3 days and am chuffed to bits with it. Very well made and I have the assurance of an excellent warranty. Highly recommended.
One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. I was looking for an ebike or a conversion for my old, but still good bike. In the end I went for the bike as trying to contact the firms for the conversions was impossible. I came across Heb, liked the look of the bike's and booked a test ride. Yes a proper test ride, try doing that on line. I took my son along as he knows bike's. We met the owner and talked bike's, nothing was too much trouble, this was a man who built bike's, not a salesman. I had no intention of buying one, I was going to think about it but the customer service was just too good. I now await my first ebike.
